-The room was pretty clean and comfortable -Pretty large TV for a hotel room, which I appreciate it -We had a heater who did the job very well -The breakfast was good, especially for just 2 nights -Parking lots in front of the hotel -It seemed they had a big garden which I think it’s nice in the spring/summer.

-For the room access, you had a code, and it was the room number and a zero in front of it, I think it’s a pretty dumb method, basically we had an open door. We had to take all the valuables in the car every time we left, which it’s not ok in my opinion. The good thing was that we stayed only for 2 nights and it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience, but for people who are staying one week or something, I bet it gets annoying. At the reception it was a sign that you could let your precious things there, but is still annoying and dumb. A safe deposit box in the room would have been good in this situation. -The balcony could use some upgrades

The location is fantastic while the property is ideal if you travel with pets, while being true to its 3 star rating. By being the only hotel in the middle of Mamaia that allows pets, it should be the de facto destination for animal lovers all the time. Other than their pet policy, the hotel is clean, upgraded with new technologies and employees are very nice and friendly, whatever we asked or communicated, they were always helpful. Another thing worth mentioning was the breakfast, variated and with real options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Too bad we didn’t have time to experience their Medical Spa services.

Nothing. Finding a parking spot could be a challenge but that one can easily overcome.

It is a very family friendly hotel, right on the beach, offering all facilities. I used to stay on summer time, and I didn't expect to find it ready and available for party on New Year's Eve. We were very pleased to spend a weekend with our kids there. It was quiet, clean, the personnel was friendly and reliable, also. Rooms were very warm and the hot running water was great for showering. As for the breakfast, a help yourself one, I have nothing to claim about. Food was very fresh and diverse. What we enjoyed most was the playgroud, one of the widest I have every seen in a hotel. We will definitely think to come back one more time for New Year's Eve.

Restaurat personnel are not so reactive for getting the order and cleaning. Lack of maintenance of some details all over.

decent breakfast. as expected for a 3 star hotel out of season. room rather small, but at an affordable place. clean smell throughout the hotel. modern access system, no need for key to enter room, but electronic keypad.

The lady who greeted us at the reception was really nice, the room was fresh, spacious, way better than it looked in the online images. we had heating, a balcony, we asked for an extra blanket and it was brought to us in a couple of hours. the mirror in the bathroom is really nice and has good lighting. the breakfast was good and the food was diverse. we also liked the fact that they had received refugees from Ukraine, I think it is a really nice and thoughtful thing to do.

The room we got was renovated and it looked really nice. The hotel has 2 playgrounds, one indoor and one outside. Breakfast was good. We were in off season and in was warm in the room.

The staff from the restaurant wasn’t really nice. The cleaning wasn’t perfect, but ok.

The location was so quiet, the staff was very friendly, we received very fast a small bed for the kid. The location it's near to the beach, the meal on the restaurant was fine.

For this moment of the year everything was fine.
