Comfy room, small but very clean (10/10), with airconditioning, nice and large bathroom. Very rich and tasty breakfast buffet (10/10). Kind personnel, provide you with all necessary information. Lady at the reception speaks fluent english. Safe parking and hotel entry. I liked the discount price for the room (76 EUR).

Without the elevator, if you get the room on the top (4th) floor, you will get a fitness for free when moving your luggage upstairs. The hotel itself is very comfy and quiet. But my room windows were oriented to the street with the tram, which was loud during the night and in the morning. Not quite up to my request of a quiet room.

- Great location, very short walk from the Cathedral Island and from the Old Town. - Really nice staff. - Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice and all the food available until the end. - Private parking available for a small fee. - Large room with very comfortable bed and well functioning AC. The bathroom was also spacious with a big shower. - Free bottles of water in the room, including sparkling water.

- We booked the superior room, because in the pictures it had large windows from 2 sides, but in reality there were just 3 small attic-type windows. - Generally the cleanliness was very good, but there were stains on the pillowcase.

A very comfortable, recently renovated light and airy room on the 4th floor (Room 403) Due to age of building no lift but this wasn't a problem for us. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities and water provided each day. Excellent shower and bathroom with toiletries provided. Great value for money and without a doubt the highlight was the rich, tasty and varied buffet breakfast included in the price, which was constantly being replenished. A lovely walk into the city with plenty of cafes and restaurants and a wonderful market and craft beer bar close by. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It was a 100 year + old building, and the interiors were beautiful. No elevator, but it's not allowed due to the building age and since it was a vintage one. It was more like the buildings you saw in the movie "The Pianist" and hence it felt more Polish style, which is what I wanted and the rooms were quite big and spacious and also very clean. There is a tram stop a few meters away, and all major sights can be easily reached.Overall, it was a beautiful stay here with family, and we enjoyed visiting Wroclaw staying here.

This hotel is very close to the center square, a quick tram ride away or about a 25-minute walk. They had a large spread for breakfast, but vegetarians or vegans could have a hard time finding something to eat.

Depending on your room, you can hear the tram roll by frequently. While it appears to be a nice hotel, the bed, bedding, and guest services are not up to par. The room was a little cold in the winter, so make sure you bring a sweater. The bathroom was warmer than our room, even though the radiator was on high.

Everything was great, the staff is friendly and breakfast is tasty, room as it is on the photos. We could leave our luggage before and after the stay - thank you very much :)

I know it's an old building, but the stairs system, with all the corridors and doors to be opened, always got me confused and I was keeping getting lost xD in our case, not having the elevator was also a disadvantage because our suitcase was heavier than expected.

The room was very clean and spacious for 2 people. Free water included is a big plus, also the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was also modern and well equipped. Tram is circulating in front of the building but it's acceptable, you can hear some but it's not that bad. Breakfast was also really good and varied enough.

WIFI was extremely slow, in our specific room the AC control unit was faulty and couldn't find the TV remote, other than that, everything was perfect.

Very good location. The staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. The lady at the reception desk and the ladies in the kitchen deserve special praise. Breakfast was very good and served earlier than normal upon request. The room was perfectly clean. The bathroom featured a surprisingly spacious shower cabin. The bed was comfortable.

Minor shortcomings, which are no big deal for a short business stay: very little private parking space (but slots can be found in the street); trams were a little noisy but it was bearable; the room is a bit small.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much! The air conditioner in the room was very helpful as it was quite a hot day.

Parking is available, but there is hardly enough space for maneuver; take care not to touch the neighbours or the building's wall. There is no elevator; depending on the floor you have to make quite a long trip through the stairs.

A small cosy hotel. Decently located as you can easily reach the centre by tram. We didn't have a car but the parking seems tight. The room was comfortable and spacious, although a but warned out. Sheets were clean, toiletries provided. The breakfast was nice and tasty. Coffee could have been better, but overall it was really good. The staff is very helpful and cheerful.
