The property had an amazing location close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants and activities. The view was stunning from our room, the restaurant, and the rooftop pool. The staff was so friendly and pleasant. You can tell they really care about their property and want everyone to feel welcome. We were especially impressed by the breakfast staff and I wish I would have asked their names.

This isn’t something that affected the quality of my stay or my willingness to book this property again in the future but you can tell the place needs a few repairs. They do a great job maintaining cleanliness but I’m sure when this place is in full swing, it is beautiful.

Amazing staff. Very friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating staff. Every one of them. They went the extra mile and beyond to help us, when we arrived in the middle of a downpour. Wonderful atmosphere throughout the whole hotel and spa. The room was very spacious clean and comfortable. I can recommend with full hart the hotel to everyone.

I loved everything. Its the second time of staying at this hotel. The breakfast is great- especially the coffee! The staff are all lovely-the woman & guy that serve the breakfast are great, & the woman & guy at the reception are especially lovely & helpful! The rooms are lovely- beautifully decorated in authentic italian style. The lake view (front) rooms are especially lovely. The wifi works great & the food at the restaurant is nice-although I sampled other restaurants this time. The swimming pool on the roof & large sunbathing area is absolutely wonderful & the view is spectacular. All the rooms have fridges & its really near the ferry terminal & the lakefront of Maderno. Also the spa is great they have a lovely jacuzzi. I absolutely love this hotel! Can't wait until next year! :)

Really enjoyed our stay. It ticked all the boxes - friendly staff, nice breakfast, very clean, lovely rooftop pool and excellent location right beside the beautiful lake. The hotel decor successfully merges the past and the present. Evening dinner in the Terrazzio del Lago is well worth trying - our main course highlight was the plate of Lake Garda fish.

I have been to this hotel before, in April this year. The rooms are stunning, especially the lake view ones. The breakfast is lovely, especially the coffee which is really great. The staff are all lovely and will help with any request. They even let me store my luggage there for 2 days. There is a lovely spa, a gorgeous swimming pool on the rooftop with plenty of sunbeds & the food in the restaurant is great for evening dinner. A real home from home lovely hotel, which I will definitely return to! Plus Maderno is not as touristy as some other parts of Lake Garda, perfect for a quieter holiday. I love this hotel!

Great location near the village center. Friendly flexible and attentive staff. Rooms clean, daily housekeeping, comfortable beds. Pool terrace with beautiful views. Breakfast and dining area very well decorated with large windows towards the lake. Hot breakfast and cappucinos on demand, excellent service.

Pool was cold but also refreshing.

Clean, quaint very italian style rooms with gorgeous little balconies overlooking lake guarda. Staff are so friendly, the roof terrace and pool area is beautiful. Would definitely without a doubt stay here again.....manager even gave me a bottle of wine as a present for my birthday that was make in lake guarda!! Excellent little gem

1) The location - we had a good view of the Garda lake, part of the town, a local church 2) The dinner on our 2nd night 3) The member of the family who own the hotel - Ivan, who was very polite and helpful 4) The swimming pool!

The breakfasts.... there was some choice but on the whole it was very poor even if one came to breakfast at 8:45 -9:00. Hardly any fruit, just canned pineapple and a few plums, no tomatoes and very little ham / salami

We booked this place @ at the last minute, and I have to say we were delighted , Great value for money 💰, The Hotel was Very clean and in a great location, all of the staff were great and very polite and accomadating,, The views from the roof top sun &pool area were fantastic, Breakfast was beautiful and the view from the breakfast/restaurant area was superb, We were very happy with our stay here, We hope to return again ,

Perfect location, lakeside room had a gorgeous view. Very good to have a pool as the temperatures reached mid 30’s. Ivan was wonderful and very helpful.
