Loved the location. It is centrally located and is walking distance to all the cafes and restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The front desk staff were always available to help and with such a friendly and warm smile. The woman who cleaned the room and the lovely ladies at breakfast were always cheerful and helpful. The staff provided excellent customer service and were always available and willing to help. We also loved the terrace - the view was amazing. It was a nice surprise!

Staff was great and apartment was very clean. Hotel is in the center of the town and it has a beautiful restaurant. Breakfast was also exceptional. The 2 people bedroom was nice.

The 4 people room was small and the bathroom didnt have a lock. Towels and sheets didnt have good quality and there was not enough plugs for 4 people. There was not enough space for 4 to move in the room. All of those would make the 4 people room a bit overpriced.

My family and I had an absolutely lovely stay at Hotel Lingos in Florina! The staff were attentive and very professional, and the room itself was comfortable and as-advertised. Our view of the city was great and the hotel generally was very quiet, which was nice after a long day of travel. We noted that the fridge in the room wasn't very cold, which didn't matter much to us, and that the bathroom was somewhat dark due to the placement of the lights. That being said it was very clean, which was great! The breakfast was a little underwhelming and maybe not the freshest, but the coffee was great and the breakfast dining room was almost palatial. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, and were pleased that the rate was so good. A word of advice, if you need parking here, you'll have to find street parking which is hit or miss, so be prepared to walk a few blocks back to the hotel after parking your car.

Location was great near everything. The upstairs bar was amazing. Could get food or drinks during the day or evening. Good value for money. Staff were lovely. The rooms were good we booked one for myself and husband and the other for our adult son. Free parking was available but at another location

Breakfast could have been better.

Just loooooved the staff! They were amazing, helpful and always willing to attend to any need. The location was great with plenty of food options and close to shopping. Semi apartment gave us room to move. Great size bathroom, great shower and loved the bed and balcony

Centrally located in the town

Some rooms are renovated with showers but my room wasn’t and had a a bathtub with shower head over the top, I had trouble climbing in & out of the tub & nearly slipped on the first day of use. I asked for a non slip mat which was provided. Breakfast could be improved.

Glass wall of shower was leaking into bedroom. Water all on bedroom floor every time shower was used. I did tell the man at reception and showed him photos of all the water on the floor. He advised he would get it fixed the next day. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Nothing was ever fixed. I just had to keep asking for extra towels to mop up all the water.

Stay was very pleasant lovely staff rooftop was a great addition during stay especially in bad weather. Only complaint as my friend used a scooter was the step into the hotel which was a nuisance every day!

This is a little gem in Florina. Comfortable room, a nice rooftop bar and the breakfast options many and very good.Great location in the middle of the city. The staff were very good especially the lady at reception who was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble and always friendly and courteous. When we next visit Florina this is the place we are coming to.

The food at breakfast needs to be modernised. For a hotel it should be better quality. We stayed in 2016 and it is pretty much the same. Eg compare to Colours Urban in Thessaloniki. Maybe get some ideas from there or elsewhere. We do like the place. That’s pretty much the only complaint.
