The room view is what sold us on it, definitely worth it. The restaurant staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great.

The reception staff was not friendly or professional. We arrived around 4 PM for check-in and the reception was closed, we called the number and no one picked up the phone. We had to wait 20 minutes, kept calling, and went to the restaurant to try and find someone until the reception staff showed up and didn't even apologize for the delay or provide an explanation. Very unprofessional. Additionally, there was a pool for use that this person didn't even mention to us and we only found out as we were checking out. They need better staff.

Breakfast provided was lovely, fresh and various options were available! Room was amazing with stunning views from every window. Good size room and bed was very comfortable, we slept like logs!

Location is stunning for the view but very far from anything and taxis were costly! As we were visiting off peak, no pool bar and the only place to get a drink was in the restaurant which had limited opening times and was a good distance from the pool side

This property far exceeded our expectations. We felt like the pictures online didn't really do the property justice for how amazing it was. We were very thankful that someone from the hotel group ByPillow was able to provide us keys and show us where to park and guided us to our room. The property is very big so without that, we would've been very lost. The inside of our home looked to be recently remodeled and was gorgeous. Very clean and great to have housekeeping come daily. The only downside for us was no AC, but that seems hard to come by in general. The only other downside was navigating the property -- aka trying to find the elevator that took us down to the pool/sea vs the elevator that just takes you to different floors in the property. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Something to know is that the lunch area by the pool does not serve food until 1 and there are not good options right next to the property for breakfast. We went into Begur every morning for food then came back to the property to enjoy the Sea and lay out. The drive into Begur is not bad but very windy!

Absolutely breathtaking views from our bedroom. We stayed in the double with sea views and it was perfect. Right next to the infinity pool - lovely for a morning coffee in front of the sea. The hotel also has access to the sea and they have sun beds on the rocks - it’s so lovely and very relaxing.

The room itself is quite basic but it has everything you need (coffee slippers toothbrush towels). The shower and sink are quite dated and the products such as shampoo etc are OK (could be better) but overall it’s fine - the views make up for it!

We were able to book this place at a bargain, off-season price and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Its view from the sitting room was amazing, with flocks of birds sitting on the ledge of the windows or fluttering about in the morning to entertain us. The apartment itself is very stylishly decorated with coffee capsules and bottled water replenished on request. The staff was wonderfully helpful in every way. The restaurant was also delightful for both lunch and breakfast enjoyed during our stay, with the same magnificent view.

We had two stays. One in the apartments and one in the hotel rooms. The apartment was not good. Broken down and weird, sort of like the Shining. BUT, the next night in the hotel was fantastic. It has great restaurant attached and was really lovely. The staff cannot be nicer and more helpful, especially the manager. But the highlight is swimming in the incredible water at the bottom of the cliffs. The view is spectacular and the rock beach is wonderful. It is also located nearby some great little coves for dining and swimming. Costa Brava has lots to offer. I would go back over and over - but only to the hotel - would not risk the apartments again which are all different and owned by different people.

The room had an exceptional view and was very spacious. It was a bit sterile, with very limited furnishings and personality, but the property itself was gorgeous! The property was built in the 50's I believe and is extremely impressive out on the point. The views are magical.

Amazing view, perfect place to relax and rest, quiet and comfortable. Nice breakfast which can be served at the restaurant or room. Good restaurant at the same place. Close to Begur and different beaches. Multiple hikes around the area.

Rooms are not super sound proof, you can often hear the personnel carrying the cleaning trolley, and moving stuffs. Improving the room isolation and being more quiet when cleaning would help. The hotel is super relaxing anyways. We enjoyed our stay.

The location, it’s fabulous. The gorgeous sea views from the room and the restaurant. The room was small and simple with comfortable bed and small shower room behind, hardly luxurious but as the weather was good we only wanted to look at the view. The breakfast, nice choice, good coffee etc. Nice little infinity plunge pool near the rooms, to cool off.

The swimming pool was quite a walk clambering over rocks or taking an eerie lift down through the cliff. Found the menu in the restaurant a little limited. The steps down to the restaurant could be challenging to someone with walking or balancing difficulties. Not particularly well lit at night.

Beautiful property, located by the seaside with amazing views. The infinity pool is also perfect. Good breakfast with variety of options.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the sea view rooms on the lower floor have no privacy - there’s a pavement just in front of/below the rooms so passersby can easily see what you’re up to. Inconvenient as the bed is facing the seaside/pavement, so if you’re in bed and want privacy then you have to have the curtains closed. Rooms on the floor above don’t have this issue.
