We liked everything!!! A very professional, helpful and kind staff. They speak very good English ( I don't take it for granted)and they are always willing to help you. The position it's perfect. Close to the metro and nearby tones of restaurants and very good street food (cooked by "grandma") The breakfast it's delicious! Fruit, and a delicious sandwich! Coffee or tea. I'm vegetarian and the owner didn't make me feel uncomfortable about it. She just made it without ham. I'm very thankful. They have 4 washing machines, iron, hangers... Amazing service!!!!The room it's comfortable, they made your bed every day, and change your towels. They have free water bottles at the front desk and always put you 2 bottles in your room. Small great things that make you feel at home. I will stay there 100 times.

I will just advise to use less plastic if it's possible.

From the moment I arrived and was greeted by a lovely lady called Shiovi who was so welcoming, professional and kind, helping me navigate maps, find restaurants and even helping me move to Seoul when there was a huge public holiday on and no trains left. Shiovi who spoke perfect English helped me to find a seat on a bus to continue my trip. I thought this lady was the manager as she was on the desk everyday but apparently not, and is a huge asset to the company. Thank you so much. ❤️ Uniqstay was very central with lots of restaurants and night life close by and a lot of the sights in walking distance. stay here, you will not regret it!

Room was spacious, clean and had everything I'd like. The hair dryer was actually a normal one, not the usual ones found at hotels, which was a plus. They have washing machines, which double as dryers, so that was also another amazing convenience. They provide luggage storage, which was really nice, because my flight away from Busan was in the afternoon. Location was also really good, super close to major metro station. Breakfast was delicious. Moe, the girl at the reception, was super friendly and cheerful!

Slippers in the bathroom could've had a larger size, but it was too mild inconvenience, so I didn't ask if they have bigger ones, perhaps they do and the internet could be slow in the evening, but that's just nitpicking.

Outstanding English is spoken here! The husband and wife "("Kaylee") owners spent several years in the US, so English is not a problem. They are so very sweet, as is their wonderful employee Shiriko (sp?) who also speaks English and was a delight! The accommodation is near a Lotte department store, which acts as a good landmark. Kaylee is very helpful for tourist advice as well. The street in back of the Lotte is filled with food carts at night, and behind them there is a vibrant maze of nightlife and restaurants. The subway is a 6 minute walk away. The optional breakfast was wonderful! Kaylee is a great cook and makes a fantastic breakfast sandwich, accompanied by a fruit, yogurt & granola bowl, and then a separate fruit bowl. You won't find a better breakfast! There's a filtered water machine in the lobby. Washing machines are available. One of the beds in the twin bedroom had a separate small light. Centrally located for access to all areas/sites of Busan.

Additional hooks and shelves on the walls in the bathroom and bedroom would be helpful.

We loved this hotel in Busan. Well located near 2 metro stops, lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. The staff at the hotel is lovely and helpful. In the basement is an awesome lounge to hang out with tea and coffee any time of day. There is a microwave and dishes so you can bring food in to eat. Our room was on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. The room was a great size and lots of hot water. I highly recommend staying at Uniqstay!

Great location close to the main station and great food! Very friendly staff!! Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast (we stayed 3 nights so we got 1 breakfast free) was delicious!!! I would definitely stay again:)

One thing to note- I’m pretty use to Korean rooms coming with hair dryers, and toothpaste. This room did not, it only had soap, shampoo, and conditioner- I would like to note that I didn’t ask (so it’s possible that they have them on request) but it didn’t detract from my stay- just something to note

I've traveled all over the world, and this was one of my favorite places to stay. The staff is amazing. I have never experience people so helpful, and thoughtful. The kind and thoughtful Japanese woman, and I believe, it was the woman owner, they both went above and beyond, I am very thankful to have stayed here. The breakfast was delicious, the room/bathroom was very spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need. Free laundry, and a lovely common area to eat or relax. The bed was comfortable, great water pressure, and great air conditioning. The location is perfect, close to the train station, food and shopping. Thank you for being so kind and helping me when I wasn't feeling well. I highly recommend staying here. I can't wait to return.

I couldn't think of anything, I didn't like.

The room was lovely - so spacious and spotlessly clean. Everyone who worked there were incredibly helpful. They recommended restaurants that catered to solo travellers, gave me a map where they highlighted the subway (5 minutes away) and other places I might want/need and organised a taxi for me to the airport, they were all just so friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was brilliant and a great start to the day

Great value hotel. The rooms are a little old, but it has everything you need in it. The breakfast and the shared common space in the basement is definitely the highlight. Breakfast was really good, fresh fruit and yogurt and a hearty egg sandwich. The staff were very nice and the location was perfect.

Centrally located. Kind, hospitable staff. So happy that there was a laundry room with several washers/dryers available (small fee for each use). Even had laundry baskets and drying racks available to use. Love, love, love! Would definitely stay again if I ever return to Busan. Highly recommended!
