The breakfast was excellent with so much variety. The staff were always so attentive and friendly. The Taj restaurant staff, front desk staff and the cleaning staff, were so great. The hospitality at the Taj is unparalleled.

I love the Taj hotel chain and brand. Our room was very comfortable and always clean. The bed was super soft and always made well. The one thing I would like to share is that there was a musty smell in the rooms. That smell made it hard at times. There is a musty, moldy smell in the rooms. I don't know if they are coming from the AC vents or the spraying in the hallways of the anti-virus/mosquito repellants. Either way, there should be some maintenance, so the rooms don't have that smell.

It’s a corner of paradise in a very busy and crowded city. Lovely gardens, superb swimming pool, exceptional staff in dining area led by Prakash and Sarath (exceptional knowledge of healthy nutrition) including the outstanding care from Fahad, Dominic, Amil and generally such a friendly and efficient team including Stella to welcome you back). Bedrooms are excellent as expected from the Taj family, though electrics could be updated. Why stay anywhere else in Hyderabad!!

The pool and the location are brilliant. It's very secluded and away from the rooms. Staff at breakfast were exceptionally accommodating to our requests, and the overall service was world- class. The chef, Dominic, Prashanth & and the team were fantastic. Great facilities, and a friendly environment for families. Ujwal, who checked us in very early in the morning, and another lady who checked us back in when our flight was cancelled were exceptionally helpful.

Reception service was slow. Pool service was very slow. They weren't any staff around most days to place any food or drinks orders. Most dishes were spicy. A range of continental options low in salt & sugar would've catered well to our palettes. Room sizes are small for families.

Excllent assortment of local and international choices. Proffessional staff tending to details.

Although I place a fixed requirement on Booking that I need a quiet room, and away from any noise. At one evening a wedding took place and the room opposite to my room was used as a wedding families support room - Imagine the noises. I needed some rest and could not have any for hours. On another side, the facility has classic design and everything looks rustic, the inside of the room should not feel that way. Some renovation of internal decor of rooms is needed (without affecting the overal theme).

The welcome gifts! The staff were lovely. The food was great at breakfast and dinner Indian restaurant Our upgrade was incredible.

The spa had no space and it was difficult to communicate with the nice lady. There seemed to be a lot of work going on (building) near the pool. The pool guy despite there being only one other couple there both days we went did not come up with towels straight away which was weird. Had to walk over and ask him. The Indian dinner restaurant was amazing and the trad music was wonderful but way too loud and distracting. The Walter although eager to please was not listening to our requests but rather continuing to talk over them and therefore not deliver.

Most things were good. Staff to food. Excelling fruit and different menu.

The hotel requires updating. Polish to be used on the Polished furniture as after cleaning it appears to be sticky indicating water or damp cloth was used. Sanitaryware requires to be suitable for over 60 as difficult to grip the shower knobs when hands are soapy. Maybe the choice of restaurants, Mralthough food was a great it lacked a healthy menu.

Very courteous staff and excellent service. M/s Kenneth, Reddy & Farhat at the Firdaus restaurant were very attentive & offered excellent service. Mr. Pathak serving at the Coffee shop was very friendly & offered us excellent service

There was some drilling noise one afternoon which was disturbing, probably maintenance work on one of the floors. The House cleaning staff could be heard talking rather loudly in the corridors which should be disallowed.

Our recent stay at Taj Krishna Hotel was truly exceptional. The staff's exceptional hospitality, from a warm check-in to attentive service, made our visit memorable. The recently refurbished room exuded splendid ambiance, marrying tasteful decor with sophistication. The lunch buffet showcased diverse, quality dishes, providing an enjoyable dining experience. Promptly accommodating our request for a baby crib highlighted the hotel's attentiveness to families. A surprise anniversary cake added a personal touch. In summary, our Taj Krishna stay surpassed expectations, offering impeccable hospitality, a luxurious ambiance, and culinary excellence. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, great breakfast, excellent facilities. Service is average as most of the staff are casual or contract and they do not have a concept of 5 Star service.

Carpets in the lobby were not very clean. Varnish applied on the writing table made hot drink cups stick to the surface. Probably some cheap varnish / polish may have been used.
