So far my best stay in Istanbul is in The Superior Living Batisehir. Rooms are clean, spacious and furniture is modern and well maintained. During this one week stay, everything was working as expected and as promised. Staff are friendly and a special big thanks to Veysel, Furkan and Cihan. Their smile always welcomes you and their help is always available. They fixed and helped me and my mother with one issue before we even blink our eyes. Staff like you are a gem to any hotel. A+++++ service.

The staff were very helpful and co-operative! The Shuttle to the Metro Station. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped.

The 100$ deposit was not mentioned in the hotel description. Nowadays, I don't usually hang around with cash in my pocket, and after such a long trip, going out again to find an ATM was not very convenient

We stayed at The Superior Living Hotel with our family and had a truly wonderful experience. From the beginning, Cihan was very helpful, offering us a discount on our stay and even arranging a taxi to the airport at a reduced rate. The facilities were excellent—my kids loved the play area and the pool, while I really enjoyed spending time in the well-equipped gym 😍. In the evenings, we also appreciated the relaxing walking areas around the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks also to Mr. Emre and Furkan for their kind support during our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience, and we look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly particularly Tayfun, who was very helpful during our trip. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay in, (it has all essentials). And the area is very nice and quiet, with a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

A few days after we arrived, we were informed that this is not in fact a serviced apartment hotel and that cleaning costs extra(40$/cleaning!), this was extremely shocking as what is the point of a hotel apartment if the are not going to service it. Also it was not clear on booking that this was the case(And i checked thoroughly). The hotel insisted on this though. Further, on booking it stated that there was a tumble dryer in the room, there was not. Upon informing the hotel they apologised for misunderstanding but stated there are no dryers in the hotel. Quite disappointing on both fronts they need to be more clear about their facilities on booking.com.

Location is a bit far from the metro station, you need to use taxi to connect to city, the hotel itself is very nice with access to pool and very nice garden and good dining and coffee options close by.

A bit far from main city attractions like Egyptian Pazzar, Eminuno and Sultan Ahmed area but not far from Mall of Istanbul, outlet mall 212 AVM and Venicia outlet mall. You need taxi most of the time specially if you are traveling with family. but for someone who wants to relax it is the perfect place.

Need to have deep cleaning, it’s items in the kitchen have to be available and good quality not broken,need more light in the living room

My stay at superior otel was nothing short of exceptional, with a prime location that allowed easy access to local attractions, a spacious and well-appointed room that provided all the comforts I needed, an outstanding dining experience with delicious food and attentive service, top-tier amenities including a relaxing spa and fitness center, and a team of staff who went above and beyond to ensure my visit was seamless, making it a memorable experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting İstanbul. I like how quite place and specious spaces. It’s a family friendly place that has playground , restaurants, groceries and all within the same area . The check in and check out process were smooth. There was $100 deposits and returned it fully back. Cihan was nice, friendly and acted professionally during the check out process. Note: you have to give some time around 10-15 minutes for the stuff to check the room after you leave, just be prepared for that.

The kitchen was not fully prepared but I did not need to cook during my stay. I asked for a kettle and they brought it immediately.

Location is perfect and apartments are very comfortable. Hotel is very close to Medipol University Hospital and on the highway which is going through Istanbul so every location in Istanbul is easy to reach. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and kind. It is our second time in this hotel and I am sorry I didn't rate the hotel first time but this time I must mention Ms. Elif and Mr. Baris Cihan which were kind to help us with all our requests so as first time were Mr. Veysel and Mr. Ahmet.
