View at our room is much nicer than in our room from our previous bookings. Staff are courteous. Room is simple but is sufficient to cater with our needs. It is clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

There are damaged floor tiles in the hallway of the ninth floor near the water dispenser area that was waiting for repair for almost two weeks. Also, housekeeping service can be improved by making sure to provide towels every time they make up room

The staff, the room, the water pressure, the beds, almost everything! I actually did not expect it to be a great hotel because it does not cost that much, we were constrained to book our rooms from Hop Inn only because it is the nearest one from my son's school, but i was quite surprised how comfortable it is. The staff are also very accommodating. There is even a 711 at the ground floor. When we returned at night and the parking area is full, we were allowed to park in front of the hotel itself.

The TV is not smart but it's ok because everything else compensated for it

Close to transport, almost in heart of the city. Convenient walk to ATC mall, supermarkets, restaurants & chemists. There’s a 7-11 right next to hotel lobby where you can buy snacks, toiletries & has an ATM as well. Friendly and helpful staff - from Security, front desk, & housekeeping staff. Also love it that hotel provides access for drinking water - hot or cold.

No instructions on how to run the TV - not easy for someone unfamiliar with system- you need to call room service to get it to work. I don’t use Viber but this is the hotel’s preferred way of communication- I call the hotel’s direct landline when I need something or I personally go to staff for requests. There also wasn’t any fridge in the room.

We stayed at 2 different weeks and found the property to be very minimalist. No phone in each rooms where we stayed in. Instead, we connected through Viber with the front desk. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there is a 7-11 store just by the main entrance and a variety of good restaurants are within the walking distance. The staff were all friendly and helpful once attended to.

Our family stayed in 2 rooms - Family and Deluxe. While the Deluxe bathroom has a glass partition between the toilet and the shower, the Family bathroom is so open that it floods all the way to the bathroom door. While during daytime, there were several gracious and friendly front desk staff, on the evening we checked in very tired from our Pacific trip, there was only 1 staff and our family waiting a very long time to be attended to for check in.

We decided to stay here after I had my wisdom tooth surgery. We're living in the province that's why we can't go home right after the surgery because it will be hard for me to travel right after. We had a comfortable stay, I was able to have a good rest. The wifi is fast enough for my husband to do his work. There was also a 7 eleven beside the lobby which made our stay more convenient as we don't have food upon checking in. The room was clean, well-lit and fully airconditioned. The water has heater. All in all, it was a good decision to stay here. We will surely go back.

The only thing that bothered me here was the front desk staff who assisted us upon checking in. He was nice and all. It's just that I was a bit offended when he asked us "Wala naman pong sasakyan no", cause we do have a car, but I admit, me and my husband both looked so haggard because I just had my surgery and I am already feeling excruciating pain. I just thought that his words was kinda off cause I think he judged us based on our appearance. Cause he could just say "May sasakyan po ba?" not the "Wala naman pong sasakyan no?" to avoid showing discrimination to guests. But he was nice to let us check in earlier than our reservation time. It's just that his words bothers me and I think it might be a problem if he encounters more sensitive guest than me.

This is my nth time of stay in Hop Inn Alabang and as always the service is very good. The staff - front desk, housekeeping and security guards - are all very accommodating and welcoming, and provides quick response on my requests. And always greets the guests with a smile. The location is good, few meters (walking distance) to food place/s, mall/s, bank/s and very easy to locate. Also accessible to public transport like jeepney and buses.

Room is comfy and clean. Bathroom is spacious considering that this is a 3 star hotel. Even though it's lacking some of the amenities like kettle, microwave or fridge, still it provides the comfort you need.

I understand that this is only a 3 star hotel, but they should have at least put a phone inside to we can call the housekeeping if we need something like extra towels or toilet paper instead of going down the FD.

It was my second time to stay in Hop Inn Hotel Alabang Manila - what other more reason to explain why i stayed here again - very good location, walking distance to food place/s, mall/s, bank/s. Accessible to public transport like jeepney and buses also and easy to locate when using grab services. The staffs are accommodating, and provide quick response on my requests. Kudos to Harold in the reception area. As they say here in the hotel, it’s not a luxury hotel but surely their services are worth the value of money their guests pay.

all was great except the parking space .no enough space for the guest specially if you arrived after 9 pm and we are not from this country . we just visited and was recommended by arelative who lives near the place

not enough parking and no coffee for staff . water was available near the elevator . also needed a family room more specially i have kids , its more needed a family room if you have a kids that are minors.

Nothing fancy about my stay at Hop Inn except that the staff and receptionists were accommodatingand they were able to respond to my requests. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience given that the purpose of my 2-weekend stays was to pamper and prepare myself for running events which usually happens at Filinvest City. Highly recommended for solo overnighters who want to have a decent and nice stay.
