Location was excellent to take the bus skiing. Close to Target for shopping and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and professional. Well-appointed kitchenette with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Nice workstation/dining area. The small space was very functional.

Odd smells in hallway, smelled like dog food. Also, walls were thin. Could hear neighbors arguing. Seems to be an eclectic mix of people there. Skiers, long terms tenants, and passers through. Rooms could use some maintenance. Doors did not lineup well, mya need shaving as they were hard to close, Some pots in small yet clean kitchen needed to be replaced and did not have two full sets of silverware. Microwave in common area did not work.

Delightful find during my recent stay in SLC. The hotel was basic but had the amenities it stated. The location was good with access to food and shops from the door as it was on a retail complex. The room was spacious, simply decorated, and clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Check in was straigh forward and staff were friendly, helpful.

Check out - no one was around, even after ringing on the phone a couple of times, so just left the key over the counter. Not necessarily a negative but i think they could benefit from another member of staff, so the one on shift isn't running around having to do everything.

As an 'over-the-road' trucker my arrival times are always going to be all over the place (depending on my routes & good 'ol mother nature)... Gale & her team as always done a dynamite job of adapting to my need for any of my arrival times! And to add another 'way to go' comment... I am a huge recliner user (as a trucker, sitting/driving for 11 hours a day), it really helps to lounge out to loosen/stretch out the back... and they even take the additional time to go through their room info &/or actually physically go to each room to make sure there is a great recliner in perfect working condition!

Good customer service, fast and easy check in and out. Large room with kitchenette and large refrigerator. A/C was working really good, room was super cold. A huge walking closet with it's on ironing board and iron. Spacious restroom with a large mirror and hot water. Small lazy boy included, a large table desk, 2 large drawers next to it, and a good size TV.

Bed was way to hard not comfortable.

This Is a very nice property located about 20 mins from the airport. For the price of $69.00 plus tax exceeded expectations, ( I was here on a Thursday prices could vary!) Food within walking distance and target. Great location. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I would Definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are big with a mid size refrigerator, In room mini kitchenette with a cook top burner, coffee maker, and closet space a plus.

Being a 'over the road' long distance trucker, my come & go times are completely wide open... so to find welcoming hospitality and positive & cooperative attitude & service all hours of the day = is exactly what I look for! And to highlight Alicia and her tremendous understanding & getting the job done = has been above & beyond... fantastic showing of customer service & leadership!

Great location to access all the ski resorts, shopping, and restaurants. Great value. We stay in a suite. Lots of room and storage. Full fridge with ice maker. Friendly staff. Clean.

Wish there was more dishes, pots and pans. The pullout bed was uncomfortable. Had to put mattress on the floor.

The room is spacious with a kitchenette. It's clean and very nice.

The bed is a bit too firm. The guy at the front desk was not very attentive of my existence upon arrival, he seemed busy so I sat down and a lady came in after me and he helped her get checked in so I got up and had to ask him to check me in. Also the lady there this morning was very short ,she had other things on her mind.

The room was clean. The staff was professional and friendly. The room had a full-size refrigerator. Didn't notice any noise while in the room or parking lot. Felt like a safe environment when coming and going to room.

As far as I was told when arriving the breakfast was just coffee or tea.

I like the view of the city … the hotel areas has a lot of shopping centres… I really love it .. it was Beautiful place to live in .. I will try to come back next time same place ❤️

I love everything there … ❤️ except they clean room after 7days .. but All staff are supper nice 😊
