Everything was great and the suite was very clean and very open and big and it had all the necessities we needed for example: it had a stove,a fridge,a washing machine,and an iron,and a dishwasher, and it had air conditioner in all the rooms and worked perfectly well and the location was very good it was very close to Meydan and it was only 2-3 minute by walking everything is very close to the hotel like grocery stores and bakeries and the bus station was very close as well and the staff were very helpful and nice they all speak English especially Qasm was very helpful and spoke Arabic very well and if you ask them they will provide tours and trips to other places like Ayder,Rize and they will contact you on the day of your flight to check what time you’re arriving and if you need anything else,overall it was a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay there if we ever decide to visit Trabzon again in the future we will definitely book this hotel again.

1- Location: Very good - a few steps from Trabzon square (meydān). 2- Spacious and well-furnished apartment: (Dishwasher, washing machine, there were also glasses and plates available, which made our stay more convenient and comfortable, and a lot of towels were provided). 3- Cleanliness. 4- Parking (free parking is provided by the hotel). 5- Hospitality (Friendly and helpful staff, thank you to Mirach, Jallah, and a special & heartfelt thank you to Qasim).

Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities provided, such as the washing machine and kitchenware. For future improvement, it would be great if the dining table and the salon room table could be tightened a bit more, as they were slightly wobbly while using them. Also, one of the bed mattresses could use an update for added comfort, and the washing machine made some noise and tended to move during operation. These are small points that, if addressed, would make the stay even better.

Super excellent location 100 meters from the main square (meydan) and the bus terminal of dolmus, with the dolmus from here you can go to the airport or the main bus terminal. 200 meters from the pedestrian street. It is NOT a quiet area, the building is on a very busy avenue, you have to close the windows so you don't hear the cars and buses passing by. At night the noise goes down and you can sleep. Safe area. The building is new. Well lit and ventilated. Washing machine, dishwasher work perfectly. Well equipped with cooking accessories. Clean. Large balcony terrace, you can have dinner Excellent communication with the reception. Check in and check out super good. Because of the noise, they changed my apartment and gave me a larger one on the 4th floor (it was a little less noisy) Excellent wifi. It has an elevator.

I suggest buying cups to drink coffee with milk. I think more accessories are needed for cooking. The price in my opinion if I compare it with other apartments with the same conditions and services in tourist areas such as Marmaris, Bodrun, Antalya and Alanya is EXPENSIVE. I think they should lower the price a little. There are NO accessories to clean the kitchen or the floor

The warm welcome from the hotel management and their assistance with carrying luggage and parking the car. The location is also excellent, close to the main square and shopping areas.

Some items could use refurbishment, such as the bathroom door frame. Also, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms needs maintenance.

Near maiden markets

Our room was near the cleaner’s room they were smoking most of the time and there door was open all the smoke was inside the all area also when they use the water tap the sound code through the wall.I informed the Turkish man he refused to change the room and informed him about the cleaners how the were talking loudly near our room early morning and closing there door strongly nothing was done only informed them to not smoke by still they are doing it at the last day of our stay the Arabic man told us he was responsible about booking and he was Apple to change the room the hotel is very near to the maidan market

We were arriving to the city at night, so we asked in advance will there be someone to check us in at night. Hotel staff replied fast and it was positive. When I was booking hotel and researching, I've seen several hotels in Trabzon with reviews that told that rooms looked differently from what they've seen on pictures. This one looked exactly the same as on the pictures. After we arrived and got into our room we realized we don't have warm blankets and asked for them and were given a couple more thin ones. Next day we've got a warm one after we fully explained the issue. Location of a hotel is rather close to the airport (10-15 minutes bus ride), bus station (5-10 minutes taxi ride), couple of minutes walk to the main square, 5 minutes walk to the market, taxi station is just a minute walk from the hotel. Hotel has good offers for a day trips, which we used and were satisfied even though the weather was not so suitable for a mountain trip. Giving all the stars to the friendly and helpful hotel staff!

Facilities need to be freshened up. Bedlights in our room were working partially and showerhead holder was not working. Apart from that there are no disadvantages

Nothing. Great location and upgrade to top floor large apartment. Could use a cutting board and some mugs. Only a suggestion and did not affect our enjoyment of the apartment

we loved our stay at Doa! Delightful staff that were exceptionally helpful to us in organizing our trip in Trabzon and nearby locations. Great facilities and ideal location right outside the meydan (city center) with easy access to nice restaurants, cafes, park, metro office, market etc. Doa Suite was very clean with a modern aesthetic. Lovely people, lovely room and everything else.

Location is top, Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room itself was exactly like in the pictures. Very comfortable, cleaning service does an amazing job.

Lavatory smell was a bit strong and room smelled when i forgot the door open so i had to ventilate the room sometimes by opening the balcony and window. Theres a bit of mold on the ceiling in the lavatory. (Which probably causes the smell)
