We loved that the hotel offered free bikes to use. We were able to reserve 2 bikes for the day. The bikes worked great and were very nice. It was a bonus for us since we were planning on renting bikes. The free bike service was a nice surprise. We also loved that there were many restaurants and fast food services so close to the motel. And Walmart and other big box stores were super close as well to get supplies for our trip. Our room was very quiet.

We would have loved to have free breakfast included. But the restaurant at the motel was convenient. We didn't try the pool. But we spent most of our time enjoying the mtns and Lake Tahoe area.

Loved the updated decor, clean and simple rooms. Appreciate the dog friendliness and dog specific area outside. Loved the 2 chicks restaurants attached to the hotel. Very much appreciated security onsite. He was super friendly and offered assistance if needed.

Our room was a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. Fully understand with a full renovation and not being able to get the smell out or maybe our room was next to smoking rooms. There was a male employee that was collecting linens and maybe cleaning rooms. He was constantly vaping and wearing a hoodie. Did not give me good vibes being a single female at the hotel and made the property feel trashy.

I could tell that the property was recently renovated and while I did check in pretty late, I could see that the pool area looked fun. They were lawn games and turf and places to sit. The room was really clean with a modern minimalist design. Water pressure was great. There was even a steamer.

No real complaints I stayed for just one night came from Tahoe and took the first flight out

I love staying here! The rooms are well appointed, the grounds are well kept, the staff is super friendly, and I like the breakfast restaurant that's connected to it. It's my go-to for one or two nights in Reno, for sure. I've always found their prices to be reasonable.

I had to think really really hard about this. If there was one thing I would change, it would be to put an armchair in the room rather than the chase lounge thing that's there, though I recognize that the chase lounge thing is very flexible. I really don't have any complaints.

This is an old-style motel/hotel that's been totally (and nicely) renovated. Everything is new, modern, and clean. The location is pretty central in Reno, close to the highway, and with plenty of parking. Two Chicks breakfast restaurant inside is great. It's a good place for traveling workers or for temporary living. I definitely wouldn't call it a vacation spot. The price was also great - similar to other hotels that aren't nearly as nice.

It's real basic, no thrills, which is fine. Beds weren't super comfortable, but not terrible either.

The value for Reno was good. The pool and grounds were nicely situated. The room seemed "brand new," and the shower was very roomy, as well as the whole room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities were plentiful.

I was told upon arrival that I would have to exchange towels at the office: no "room service" was available: a minor inconvenience. There seemed to be a bar but we were not informed, and found no printed information about it. The TV had a volume "governor" and my hearing-impaired husband had trouble hearing it over the air conditioner.

Clean, friendly staff, location close to Freeway. Liked that Two Chicks Restaurant was attached to property where you can get a good breakfast. Price was really good. Small fridge in room and a microwave. If you like to keep up your exercise while you are away, not only do they have a gym you can go to on premises, but they also have a gym in a bag that you can have brought to your room with a yoga mat, weights, and bands. Clean pool area. Ample parking.

I like to keep the blinds closed all the time so the room needs good lighting. Personally, my husband and I felt the lighting in the room was dim. Water pressure is not good.

The pool and outdoor common area were perfect for our swim team to hang out together

There was a small storm that passed by, they closed the pool and then refused to reopen when we asked, stated that “it was their policy to close for the rest of the day when there is a storm”- even though the storm was clearly gone and it was safe to be out there. They finally did “make an exception” but staff was rude to our party just for asking.

The accommodations were roomy. Lots of spaces for suitcases The beds were very comfortable. The sink area was seperate from the shower and toilet area which is very helpful when traveling with the family. The blackout curtains were amazing! We woke later than usual because the room stayed dark

I get up in the night to use the restroom and like to have a nightlight near the toilet. There were no outlets in the area with the toilet. The decor was more contemporary industrial which isn't my preference (I dislike grey walls) however it was only for one night and I can live with decor I don't like. It was difficult to access enough plugs to charge our devices.

Cleanliness. Towels were plenty and fresh. Bathing soaps were a nice touch. Convenient in Reno with many food choices around. Staff was very friendly and welcoming,

There was a noticeable cleaning fragrance in the room. Noticeable but not bad enough to not be able to stay in the room. The lighting could be better in the living area (bathroom vanity and shower was good). It is a motel (doors face to outside) and I wondered if it was secure (which it was) but it seemed like it might not be.
