I know the staff were probably exhausted, due to the constant checking in/out of people effected by Beryl. I requested a bottom floor room, because I have a 4 year old who can be loud at times....the staff wasn't able to give me a bottom floor...but was able to put me over the lobby instead. Despite being extremely busy, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds are so comfortable. My boyfriend and I live far apart on the weekends. He comes to me on Wednesday, and we get a hotel. The La Quinta is our favorite location because the staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the rooms are homey.

The fitness equipment is sparse at best. I would suggest they invest in more equipment.

The beds were great, the staff was friendly and nice to talk to, it felt safe and secure for the most part, nice location, great facilities. It was super nice.

The door handle was rickety, and I couldn't lock the dead bolt. The tortillas were like peta chips, which was very uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a great time. I would definitely recommend!

Our TV was broken and when we went downstairs, but Amanda worked at the front desk, grabbed a new one for us and brought it up right away. It was late at night, but he was the only one there. He could’ve just moved us to her room, but instead he fixed a problem, which was great.

Laundry services and the property itself had a great layout for its location. Gazebo area was nice for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Staff was excellent.

Repairs needed throughout and local PD enjoy randomly pulling in the parking lot next to you while outside taking a smoke break. Not sure what that’s about.

Breakfast was great..goid choices..kid friendly..love the waffle maker and the sausage was seasoned well.

The washer and dryer use..other guests emptied my clothing to dry theirs..not cool ..although I returned to the laundry room at exact time of my completed drying.

The location is perfect that want to be close to everything in Tomball. While the beds were only Double in size they were very comfortable. The staff was great, if I needed to know where to go or find a recommendation for a specific eating establishment they were spot on. This is one of the best La Quinta's we've ever stayed at in our travels.

The only thing I didn't like was the coffee to be honest. Everything else was great.

Front desk was very helpful when booking .com overbooked me and had wrong rate the honored the rate given by booking. She was very helpful and dis not want me to leave she did everything she could to make sure I had a room for that night

The friendly staff, the yummy breakfast, the amazing wifi signal, the fact my dogs could stay with me! For such a stressful time as the hurricane left me without power, this place was a God send!

Some people didn't clean after their dogs pooped...
