Very modern, clean, spacious hotel. The staff were lovely, i had a very professional massage and all was great apart from couple of things. We celebrated our child's bday there and the hotel arranged for us a lovely fresh made cake also left a bottle of wine and chocolates with a happy Bday card, free for us to celebrate. It was not crowded and in the evenings we were able to sit outside and relax. Close proximity to Buzludja where there was a festival and it was great.

The view from our apartment and the food in the restaurant was the same two nights in a row. One of the evenings there was a disco in the bar which kept us awake till 2am.

Beautiful, modern, sparkly clean and sound proved rooms. Beds are large and comfortable. The spa has many different sauna rooms. Food in the restaurant was delicious, although on some days the quantity half of what it was the other day. Cleaning ladies were very well mannered and friendly.

We stayed for the second time and again the personnel was inadequate and disorganised. The receptionist didn't know the location of the rooms, as I requested room with pool view and was given room looking to the airport and the second wing of the hotel. We sat on an empty table only to be rudely told that we are not allowed to sit there as these tables are reserved. No sign on the table at all. Group of restaurant staff was chatting next to our table, completely ignoring the empty plates and cutlery piled on the tables around. I had to transfer our plates to another table to make space for our next dishes and the staff just looked at me.

SPA facilities and mineral water pools were amazing - modern interior, comfortable, very clean. We had a massage each and I absolutely recommend the lady that did my massage as she speciliased in therapy with pregnant women. Food was very delicious with great service at the Bulgarian Sofra restaurant, as well as the main restaurant. Our room was perfect, very spacious, beautifully decorated with a modern interior, coffee station stocked, mini bar with various options even though not complimentary, bathroom quite big and stocked with everything needed with very nice cosmetics. Overall, a great modern hotel especially to enjoy the mineral pools and SPA facilities.

The service at the Pool bar and main restaurant could have been better. We sat in the afternoon at the pool bar to grab something to eat and a drink and had to call for the waiters a few times to order even though there were no other clients around. The reception staff made a fuss when we came back to reception with one of our room bracelets because it didn't work - turned out it was not activated when we checked in the day before. Coffee and drinks corner at the buffet breakfast were either growded, not working or haven't been filled properly especially towards the end of the breakfast time.

It would have been a beautiful place to stay if the Customer service was not so rude about a cup of black tea for breakfast. Wonderful SPA!!!

The service and attitude of Alexander at Customer relations. Big beautiful hotel that does not care about their guests!!!!!! Even in some shops in town the people saw our yellow bands and then they talk about the bad service of Kings Valley Hotel.

The nature surrounding the hotel was lovely

Very nice hotel, however, way too overpriced. Especially the restaurants. I dont think the price matches the quality. One critique - the area around the pool and the shower in the room are very slippery. They should provide anti slip add on for the tiled floor in the shower or fix the issue.

The facility is really nice. Beautiful building and clean. The rooms are spacious.

The staff is kinda unkindly with visible dislike to deal with customers. The underground parking cost 20 lv per night. For that price per stay, could be overhang installed for the cars... Breakfast can be improved. Also, there are no forks and knives

Great facilities, spotless clean, extremely comfy beds, big rooms, good SPA.

For some reason the prices of some products are different at the bar and at the restaurant which is weird. Had a case where one of the menus that I was looking was outdated. But what I didn`t like the most was the food at the restaurant - it is not acceptable to offer this at 5* hotel. We were 2 nights at Alba restaurants and we tried almost everything from the menu. Some of the dishes were tasty, but most of them were avarage - The pizza, the pasta, the risotto, the shrimps - all this was really average. The pasta was overcooked and tasteless, shimps - overcooked as well, the pizza dough is nothing special and it`s not cooked in an oven as it should be in my opinion. Risotto was overcooked as well and super tasteless. You guys in the kitchen have to work really hard on your improvement.

The pools, tennis courts, wellness area were lovely. The hotel is very large but still beautifully designed. Our room was large and had a balcony, so we felt very comfortable. I love that they are dog-friendly, and near the hotel there is a long path for dog walks. The two a-la-carte restaurants offer tasty food and there are enough vegetarian options. Staff aren’t too stringent about checkout times.

The management of the hotel needs to do better with introducing hygiene regulations in the wellness area. In the saunas people go in without a towel and leave a huge sweat stain that would stay for more than 30 minutes. It is disgusting to sit where somebody was sweated profusely. Not everyone is aware of sauna etiquette and that is fine, but it is up to the staff to enforce rules. In other facilities the wellness staff make sure guests have placed a towel even under their feet and therefore maintain safety and hygiene for all visitors. Also, the hotel has a policy of only accepting small dogs. This makes no sense as small dogs are often less well trained and bark more.

The facilities were well-maintained, and cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. We were pleased with the quality and taste of the food offered. There was a wide range of activities available, providing plenty of options for entertainment.

The food options, particularly the variety of main dishes, were limited. Unfortunately, there were no food options available specifically for infants. The resort felt crowded, which may have been due to the vacation period. Some of the fun areas seemed overly warm and humid, detracting from the comfort. The prices were on the higher side, and we felt there were alternative options offering similar experiences for less.

The hot mineral pools outside and inside are amazing. The pool bars are great The indoor jacuzzis are exceptionally good The spa center was great. The rooms were very clean,, modern and high class. The food for breakfast and dinner was really good, with lots of options. The fitness center was absolutely amazing, they have very good machines and lots of variety.

The staff at the pool and dining area are lazy and lack courtesy and discipline.
