there was no free parking for my car, even tough the title of the listing said that there is free parking. In reality the hotel has only 3 parking places for all its guests. I find this misleading.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Fast check in, parking available and free. The room was beautiful, the bathroom just the same. With fluffy towels and lovely soap. I had a little balcony, as I was there just for two nights I spent most of. My time out taking photos of various attractions. Bed was comfortable or at least it was for me. Little fridge in cupboard if you did need it to keep your food or drinks cool. Short walk from the Rosarium and the tomb, short walk to restaurants and coffee shops and little markets sorted around.

Spacious, luxury and clean studio. No complaints. Comfortable with 2 aircos adn flat screen TV with IPTV, giving an oportunity to pause, rewind and fast-forward. Very polite staff - congratulated us for the wedding especially. :) Clean bath-hub.

Basically nothing. But the first night a company was accomodated in the middle of the night, obviously all of them drunk as a skunk. Lots of loudy conversations, yells accross the rooms.... wasn't pleasant. Should avoid accomodating drunk people. Don't fit.

Hotel Diamond in Kazanlak was easy to find and located just across a round-a-bout from the Historical and Archeological Museum. They have a private parking garage under the hotel and also some reserved spots on the street in front of the hotel, so parking was easy and SECURE. The staff was GREAT! The room was clean and comfortable and I slept very well. I was in Kazanlak ten years ago, traveling through the Balkins by bus and Kazanlak was one of my favorite cities in Bulgaria and it remains that after my recent visit. If I return to Bulgaria and Kazanlak, I would definitely stay here again.

No problems with this property.

Very clean, comfortable beds, VERY close to places of interest to tourists. The room had a balcony with seating that we used a lot. Wifi was strong and consistent. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and offered to make a very nice breakfast for a fair price. Loved having windows that open. Working hair dryer.

Our room had a wet shower, although the drainage was good. Be careful getting off the elevator as there are stairs immediately adjacent.

Staff are very nice. Good location right in the centre of town with convenient free parking.

There was a strange noise constantly in my room. I think it was 3rd floor room 15 maybe? The TV did not work in the room. The area is too dark in the corridor, the lights which illuminate when it senses movement are not effective enough leaving you stumbling around in the dark

Excellent location - in the center, next to the pedestrian zone, at a walking distance from all landmarks. Easily accessible by car, has an underground garage and public parking nearby. The rooms are clean and cozy, although a bit small. The breakfast is on demand, several options, all abundant and tasty. The staff are friendly.

Super location, in the very center of the town. Friendly staff, easy check-in already at 12 o'clock. We were given an umbrella when it rained. Nice decoration, clean room. Would come again.

Just a small recommendation- key and card for opening the room door could be one device.

Great location, walking distance to the main sites and restaurants. We liked that the room was clean, had all necesary amenities and a large terrace. Underground parking is available. Breakfast options are offered upon request at the hotel. We enjoyed very much our stay and visit of Kazanluk.

It was right next to a huge walking mall full of cafes and shops. Walking distance to the Thracian tomb. Across the street from the Ethnographic museum. Wine and beer available in the lobby.

Noisy traffic. Happily, it died off around 20:00
