A wonderful location surrounded by nature! Nestled in the forest, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. There are many hiking trails starting nearby, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The restaurant was good, included breakfast was simple yet decent. The apartment I stayed in could use a refresh, but it was still comfortable and acceptable. Overall, a great stay for those who appreciate tranquility and natural beauty.

There were a few minor maintenance issues, such as some loose TV cables in one of the rooms, bathroom radiator not working, WiFi very slow. None of these were major problems, but a little attention to detail could enhance the experience.

The location is amazing - in the woods - very calm and quiet. Right underneath the Buzludzha monument, it is very convenient to visit from there. The restaurant was great overall, with the included breakfast being more than good. We also had lunches and dinners and everything we ordered tasted delicious. The staff were very polite and smiling. Service at the restaurant was great. The room was clean and spacey, came with big bathroom and a balcony. The view from which is only woods. No roads close by, so no unwanted noise. The perfect place for relaxation!

Since we were on the road through the beautiful mountain forrest we felt a very nice relaxation, the hotel is locatar in an oasis of nature and silence, just a few minutes away from the Buzludja Monument, which is amazing, worth visiting. Even though the hotel is in the middle of the forrest and very peacefull surrounding, a big city is just 20 minutes away. The room was big, clean, and very worm despite the cold weather outside. The restaurant has very good food and very good proces. Overall an amazing experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the restaurant served delicious meals, including a fantastic breakfast, all at great prices. The location is convenient, especially if you're in transit, but it's also perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Buzludzha Monument. Plus, the hotel offers private parking, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend staying here, whether you're just passing through or planning a longer visit.

A lovely hotel in the mountains. Excellent service, views, food, and facilities. Staff super friendly, including the reception and restaurant. Rooms very comfortable, clean, and with great view to the forest. Restaurant, while a bit overpriced, serving good quality meal , and drinks. Excellent choice of wines, and liquor. A couple of scenic tourist paths, cristal clean air. Didn’t try the SPA but it is there😄. Lovely woodwork on the walls and ceilings. Even the TV at the reception was framed with it! Will definitely come back!

This was our second visit. The hotel is very well designed and has beautiful wood carvings throughout the building. It is located in a wonderful forest so you are surrounded by trees. The room was very comfortable and clean and its design was matching the overall theme of the hotel, a great shower room too. There are lots of lovely details that the owners have thought of and executed. The staff was extremely professional and attentive. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. The wifi is fast and reliable. We would be definitely coming back!

This is just a recommendation - it would be good to have some traditional Bulgarian options for breakfast such as banitsa or mekitzi.

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations - it's looks brand new, with spacious mountain style common areas, with expensive finishing, good food, very kind staff, decently sized room and quite big bathroom. There is a kids room with some toys and puzzles which our kid liked. I enjoyed excellent affordable massage, but didn't have a chance to check on the SPA zone. Edelweiss is located at a walking distance from the Buzludzha monument, but bear in mind this is quite high in the mountain and you should consider winter conditions.

This is a personal preference, of course, but the pillows were too high for us, and the double bed was actually two beds with separate mattresses, which is now always comfortable.

This is was our third time staying at this stylish hotel. We love the place and the friendly staff. The hotel is situated amongst a tranquil forest. The rooms are very clean and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The hotel had expanded its covered terrace where we had a delicious dinner while enjoying the forest view.

Beautiful location in the middle of the beech forest, cool and quiet. Very nice staff and comfortable room. Included breakfast was great. We had a lunch and three dinners at the hotel and enjoyed them.

It’s a place to relax so don’t plan on being well connected — wifi in room only worked occasionally. In lobby and restaurant wifi usually worked. Room was not made up during our stay and we had to ask for new towels.

The hotel is walking distance from the Buzludzha monument. Beautiful scenery in the forest. Breakfast was good too .

The jacuzzi water had a weird colour that seemed like dirt. The staff barely speaks English. The restaurant had very little choice in food.
