never thought that Ginger would be so good for stay as this is my first time. I am overwhelmed with the rooms, neatness, breakfast options, staff support & accessibility. 100% recommend this for anyone who wants to visit Mangalore as this is near to many shopping centers, easy access to transport, walkable distance to eateries and malls and PABBA's (awesome ice-cream). Loved everything during my stay due to staff support, food options, accessibility and most importantly all buses from Banaglore stops right infront of the hotel so its easy boarding too.

The place was clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite and courteous. Food is good.

The WiFi was the main problem as it dropped frequently. Couldn't work from the hotel. Had to go some place else.

The location of the property was good. Very close to prime areas. Service was good.

For a couple, the room size would be small. For a solo traveller it was fine. I arrived half an hour early and they asked for an early check-in fee, which I objected to and they did oblige, but I found it weird that they asked for a 30mins early check in fee.

Everything. However for a days check in the cost looks little on higher side. May be this can be checked and revised

Food options can be more. Also only buffet breakfast is available, it’s time to introduce Ala carte as well

Took a long time for the heated water to get the tap in the morning. You end up having no hot water till you finish the bath! Lots of waste of water if you need to drain cold water for getting hot water. The remote for tatasky was not responding. Anyway, we are not a big fan of tv.

The only hotel to accept a couple from different religions in Mangalore. All other hotels rejected us for this pathetic reason. Great staff. Friendly behaviour.

The curtains of the window could have been cleaner. Rest all was good.

The location is very good and easily found. The food was good.

The bath towels would have been a little bit more clean. Bathroom should have been with a bucket and mug.

The hotel staff and hospitality is very good.

The room size is a bit small, I had to shift the room as well due to the seepage smell in the room. Thus considering this the prices also seem higher.

Restaurant food was excellent. Clean rooms, front desk was very good in service.

Room rent slightly high comparatively in the area.
