It was in a great location, close to everything, the bistro was available to us, the room has YouTube which my kids were excited about that.

The sofa bed was small, twin sized. I was thinking it would be full size, that’s the normal size of a pull out sofa bed. And booking kept trying to charge my card after I’ve already paid, several times for two different amounts then sent me a receipt saying that I’ve checked out after 1 night. But we had a 2 night stay, I spoke to Gm Tom about it, he confirmed everything was good on his end. So next time I won’t be going thru booking I’ll book with courtyard directly

We were there for a football tournament so the hotel was full of young boys and their families. While it was a bit chaotic and loud due to the number of families, the staff was a bit rude at times. The rooms were amazing, though, and contained all of the things needed for travel and exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect as there was plenty of shopping and food within minutes of the hotel location.

Location was great ! Also front desk girl Symra I may be spelling her name wrong but she was amazing ! She’s the reason I came back 2 more times plus told my friends to use this same location as well ! She should get in sales side of hotel she’s awesome ! Even over the phone is what got us there in the first place ! Long story on how we ended up having to book there but glad we met her !

Staff and location

The balcony off of our room was wonderful. It was very quiet and a very nice restaurant right next door, so we could just walk to it.

There was just a little confusion at the check-in counter. The clerk told us we had to pay at the desk with a credit card. I told them I paid with my wallet. I was calling you when a lady from the back room said it was all OK and that we did not have to pay. She checked on her computer and said, yes, I had paid with my wallet. They were very nice about it, so in the end, no problem.

Location was perfect!

No continental breakfast of any kind and bistro was a little high priced! TV was tiny and couch was trendy-modern but not comfortable to sit in unless had it to yourself!

The room was beautiful and beds very comfy and staff were very friendly

The pool was kind of small, the wi fi was terrible and there was kids running around everywhere, also for how much I paid would’ve been nice if breakfast had been included

Location is great. Food, shopping, and entertainment was close by. Rooms were nice and had comfortable beds. Staff was really helpful with swapping rooms for us. We were by the pool and it was busy with groups.

Excellent: well prepared; tasty; nice setting.

Breakfast should be included in room price. We were told it was when booking room.

I didn't like that when I booked the room online it said breakfast included, but it was not. It was extra so we didn't eat it, but I was still charged $1.00 on my card.
