The property is in a perfect location for where we were going, the staff were the best I have met in any hotel, nothing was a problem to them and I definitely intend to stay there again and will be recommending it to anyone who asks me

The only thing we found a problem was the stairs, a lift would have been great especially for trying to get large suitcases up to the room

We stayed at The Arc Hotel for my husband’s 30th birthday trip to Anfield, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and in a great location—ideal for visiting the stadium and exploring Liverpool. A special shoutout to Jade, who was an exceptional host throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. Her attentiveness and warmth really stood out and made a big difference to our trip. Would highly recommend The Arc Hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool—especially if you’re heading to a match! We’ll definitely be back

We decided to stay at the Arc as it was just a few minutes walk to the stadium (you can see the stadium from outside the door of the hotel). The staff were lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms clean and tidy, they offer breakfast if you wish between 8 and 10 if pre booked night before. There's also a small bar downstairs if you fancy a drink once you have arrived. Will definitely stay again when next visiting for a match as made our stay that bit more special.

The only part I didn't like is parking availability which isn't the hotels fault. We decided not to risk street parking on the match day and someone in the hotel got fined for parking. We decided to park in the city centre as ubers were between 7 and 9 pound into town.

The staff was super friendly made us feel so welcome and no request was too big absolute pleasure to meet them all my daughter absolutely loved it will definitely be back to go to a game location is superb right beside the stadium Thanks again guys you made our stay extra special

Staff were amazing. We were rushing to make a football game and the staff just grabbed our bags, gave us keys and let us run on while they checked us in and placed the bags in our rooms. The member of staff for breakfast went outside and spoke to our driver to let him know we were eating and would be out in about 15 minutes then informed us to take our time as he'd spoken to the driver. Over and above, and it was all no bother to them. They were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book again for my next visit.

Nothing really. It was exactly what we needed for our one night stay to watch the football.

Breakfast was great, very well presented and the location of the Arc Hotel was excellent. Instructions on arrival and the hotel organised a car to pick us lot up to Lime street. Cab cost under £7 and taxi £15 coming there. Go out the side of Lime Street in the side street and don't use the taxis. Bar was great and good atmosphere in there with Sky Sports on 2 TV's.

Room 8 is very small being polite and the bedroom light was broken on arrival and needs moving from behind the clothes to a double switch by the bathroom, I reported this to the staff onsite. Kettle is difficult to use as there's little space on bedside cabinet with a small length cord and it would be better cordless. 2 curtain rails are on the ceiling for no reason. Should be taken down and holes filled in. Main door needs attention, difficult to open and with no key for the door, you have to ring the mobile phone given on the card on arrival out of hours.

Unbelievable location. Staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel has every facility you could need, beautifully thought out & incredibly well maintained. Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly & welcoming. I have stayed in lots of hotels around the world & this has to rate with the best - small, perfect for Anfield, immaculate & a true gem….

Outstanding hospitality, jade went the extra mile to ensure my Son had the best birthday stay. So friendly, helpful, my Sons words ‘ the lady is so nice’ Lovely place to stay would definitely return and highly recommend. Thank you so much for making our Sons birthday stay perfect, he came home talking about the balloons, card and treat left for him. He said thank you for his hot chocolate and egg sandwich

Nothing we didn’t like everything was perfect

We were coming to Anfield for the first time to watch Liverpool vs Toulouse in the Europa League match on a Thursday night. So close to the ground you can see it from the front door. Warm welcome, everywhere exceptionally clean, staff are so welcoming. We booked for breakfast in the morning and it was very good. Great place to come to if you're going to the match, literally <5mins to get to the stadium. Even better when you leave the stadium at the end of the night, felt very safe in a city we'd never been before, and we had a few drinks in the bar. Slept like a log, very comfortable bed.

We missed out on booking a twin room and had to have a triple which was almost twice the price. Which made the stay not quite so good value for money. That was my only criticism, and saying that, we would stay again the next time we come. Without a doubt.

Lovely wee hotel. It was a flying visit so we didn't stay long but the good points were as follows: 1. Location - going to an Everton match. A ten minute walk away. 2. Very clean hotel - I'm not fussy but this exceeded my expectations 3. Staff - always a smile and very helpful. 4. Room was very comfy....beds firmer then I like but everyone else said they were excellent. Sheets and pillows very clean 4. Rates were excellent

As an Everton fan there's too much Liverpool shirts and posters around!!!! 😂😂😂😂
