Cleanliness, breakfast, most staff very helpful and friendly, and very close to our son and his family who we come to visit.

No real deals available like some other hotels through booking sites. Also, clearly states breakfast is until 10a.m., and often times we come down at 9:30, and almost everything is gone. We were told at 9:28am this most recent trip that it was too late to get anymore food ready. I love the sausage biscuits and gravy and it was gone. I asked kindly, twice, if I could please get some and was told no, sorry. Not a huge deal overall, but should have all items available til specified time. This happened once before too. This time it was on Tues morn, 12/26/23.

Swimming pool hours were accommodating. Fresh fruit and waffles for breakfast was good and hot coffee available 24/7.

My door #305 did not latch when I left the room. I stayed two nights and had to leave my room unlocked. The front desk and housekeeping staff were aware and assigned as best they could with promises to have maintenance repair it. If I had stayed a third night I would have requested to be moved.

This hotel saved our weekend. We were booked at another hotel in a nearby town. When we arrived that hotel was atrocious. Everywhere else in town was booked. We ended up booking this 40 minutes away and it was amazing. The indoor pool, pleasant staff, and clean facilities were the highlights. This hotel is a 10/10 for sure. We are planning to come back to this area just to stay at this hotel again.

Nothing. This property and its staff are wonderful

Breakfast included a nice variety of choices, including fresh apples and oranges. The staff was efficient and friendly. Some of our family members were also staying there, and one evening we picked up pizza for dinner and ate together in the dining room. The lady at the desk made us feel very welcome to use the space.

One thing that disappointed me was the selection of teabags. There were a few different types of tea, including Earl Grey, Constant Comment, Lemon Lift, and Green tea. However, there was no plain black tea. I drank the Earl Grey, but the bergamot flavor isn't really my "cup of tea" in the morning. Also, without offering too much information, I'd like to say I disliked the toilet paper. I don't know how other travelers feel, but I'd be happy to pay a dollar or two more and get decent bathroom tissue.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was exceptional. Different food each day. Most of the staff was friendly.

The indoor pool was really cold. When we asked the lady at the front desk for more pool towels she got really rude and was using foul language. The bathtub was really slick my 3yr old had a hard time standing without sliding.

Breakfast was very good. The selection was great and included hot items. Coffee and juices were always available. The lady that maintained the breakfast buffet was lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with her. She took pride in her job and kept the breakfast area very clean. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Made sure that our requests were attended to.

I wish they had a makeup mirror/magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The shower curtain needed to be laundered as there was mildew at the bottom. A safe to lock valuables would be appreciated. Leave a note pad and pen to write down information.

Clean and quiet. The Housekeeping services were excellent. They did a fantastic job of cleaning the room while not disturbing certain personal items.

Alarm did go off early in the morning and sounded about 10 minutes. Not sure why and I didn’t ask the front desk.

Breakfast. The Wi-Fi. Space.

The floor of the bathtub is very slippery. My wife and I are at an age where a fall in the bathtub could be a fatal disaster. Taking a shower made me a nervous wreck. I laid a towel down in the bathtub for my wife and that was helpful.

Breakfast was great every morning. Plenty of choices, good food quality, clean facilities.

Parking was a little congested on the busier nights.
