The staff was the best and impacted the entire experience. I was in the process moving out of one apartment had to wait three days before the next place was available. I was tired the first night from moving and cleaning all day. Delores(She has my middle name) was joking and loving. It kept me smiling, encouraged, and laughing. She was patient and never asked what was going on but could sense my emotions and stay patient with me. Every morning there was a beautiful young lady I loved talking to. She helped me extend the stay the next morning. To hear her interaction with other guest and I even laugh and talk with her myself. She told me to call if I needed anything because that is what she does and everybody does that hotel and suppose at any hotel. So I felt like family not like a guest.

The location was great!

It was not as quiet as I thought it would be. A few of the washing machines are broken dryers have rust inside and few also broken. With there being so many occupants you would think they have the checked often, not just collecting the money.

Room big up to par. Room needed upgrading

Good location near gas stations and food and a Starbucks. Very clean. Friendly staff and priced decently.

It was noisy. There were no curtains only blinds. Cars were in and out all through the night and the lights were bright from them.

The property was great as well as the location for literally last minute even with the U.S.C. & LSU game.

The only concern was the scent of bleach due to allergies but my bf always keeps sanitary spray so that handled that.

My clothes were locked in the laundry room and I couldn’t get them until the maintenance guy came 2 days later

The girl at the front desk on Dec 6,2024 was great and so sweet. She definitely deserves a raise.

Needs more than 2 pillows but I could have asked for extra.

Everyone always treats me like royalty! The rooms are always clean and smell nice. This is why I keep going back!

Not very clean. Bad smell in the room. HVAC not great.

Comfortable bed, lots of hot water, fluffy towels. Convenient location, just off Interstate.

Bare floors. Carpet or throw rugs would be nice.
