Very welcoming friendly staff. Very clean and modern. Lots of facilities.

We all hated the clear glass doors into the bathroom. Fine for a couple but not for friends sharing. Would have been no use if there with your teenagers either.

Very comfortable, lovely facilities and staff were very nice, we got a complimentary drink for my birthday which was very nice from them. It was very close to the airport about 5 minute train and 10 minute walk away. Having a mini fridge in the room great and really helpful. The staff arranged a taxi for us when we needed it, felt like they went above which was great to see

Only downside was the pool facilities were a bit small, when you had kids jumping and splashing. Only other downside was there wasn’t really a shop or anything nearby (that we could find) also we did eat in the restaurant, the food felt quite overpriced for what we had, the starts were amazing but the fish main we had whilst nice probably wasn’t worth the price

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The room is very spacious and neat. The hotel is situated near a tram stop ( 8 min walking). Moving around is very easy. We enjoyed the swimming pool ( very big than in most hotels) and tbe skyviewbar.

The bathroom door is made of glass and there is also a big window that you can see inside the batbroom. Thus, there is bo privacy if you are staying with friends or family. I told this during the check out and the acertain that they have bathrooms with more privacy. If you plan to stay there and you are staying with friends and/or family you can ask a bathroom with more privacy ( if you like that)

The beds were really comfortable, the room clean, the rooftop bar was very cool and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The neighborhood that you have to walk through to get to/from the Lelylaan Station from the hotel doesn't feel safe. I would have felt unsafe if I was alone or if it was dark. Once you are in close proximity to the hotel the surroundings look safe.

I came on a business trip that had me working from my hotel room mostly. While a bit of an odd traveler type, this hotel's wi-fi did not disappoint. I loved the view, I slept well, I liked the greenery. I also liked not being too far from the center yet far away from the stoner budget travelers that you get a lot of in the center, naturally. I really like the modern neighborhood this hotel is in.

No hand soap provided. Had to wash my hands with body wash. It does the job, but on the other hand, given all the other amenities, saving a few cents on providing proper liquid hand soap does not befit this hotel's standards.

Check-in was easy and a glass of prosecco was provided. We also managed to use the pool and rented bikes from the hotel, these were easy to use and reasonably priced. They also had a few games in reception, these were good fun while waiting for the rest of our party in the morning. We easily got the tram to and from the centre of town, which was easy and cheap.

The Sauna was nude only and was 5 euros each, this was not made apparent to us before hand, was only made aware upon check-out. The bathrooms in each room had a fully glass door, meaning that you could see straight from the bed to whoever was in the shower. This was fine for us but if you were travelling with a friend, might not be as suitable.

Hotel decor was fashion. Quiet location. Reasonable distance from airport. 25 to 20 minutes Tram ride away from city centre. Two different Tram routes within walking distance. Room was very clean. Bathroom was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to buy Tram tickets at hotel. Free Baggage storage available while we travelled to Belgium. Able to use Wellness centre after checkout while waiting for ongoing flight. Free use of umbrellas.

Not as close to center of city as we would have liked. Not as much choice of restaurants near hotel as we would have liked. Closest Tram was 200/300 yards from hotel.

Only had breakfast once and it was quite nice. The hotel is lovely but a little lacking in atmosphere. There are some nice cafe and brunch places behind the hotel but you have to go looking for them

Not much, but the immediate area around the hotel is a bit soulless, with a busy road hiding what is a lovely park opposite the hotel that I only found with google maps - from the hotel side you would never know it was there.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and I was not disappointed. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and always had a smile. I especially enjoyed my chats with Miranda and Roberto. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. I come to Amsterdam to visit my sons and his family and the best part about the location for me is the beautiful walk or bike ride I take through Rembrandt Park to get to their home. I won’t stay anywhere else while in Amsterdam.

Food was great, staff are all very lovely which you don’t see often, the hotel is clean and comfortable and my room came with a bath as requested. They add you to a WhatsApp chat when you book and I’m not sure if it’s AI or a member of staff, or maybe both? But anyway it’s incredibly helpful I asked hotel questions like how to order room service, but also how to use the tram etc. Spa was fantastic and relaxing, Nikol did a wonderful job and my skin is glowing :)

Takes a short tram into the centre there’s not much in the immediate area. Loud drunk americans shouting in the hallway but reception came right up and gave a stern word to. A little rundown in places but nothing major!
