Bar and restaurant area was really nice and updated. Rooms were pleasant with aircon which was a huge benefit. The breakfast was excellent value. Also the location was perfect, very close to the M1 but not too close

We had 2 rooms, one had the aircon already set and was lovely and cool but the 2nd didn't and was a little stuffy. On the evening we went for a drink in the bar, the service was very slow and was clearly frustrating numerous customers. I ordered a pint of Kronenberg cider, but found it to be flat so had to return it and wait in the queue again.

Some shortcomings. Tissue container was empty. Lighting not very good. Sink plug kept getting stuck. 3 flights of stairs with 2 suitcases nearly did me in. Top floor was not a good place to put an old guy like me. Also they had me booked for 5 rooms when I only booked one. They tried to blame me for the error so I rang Booking.com and the lovely lady confirmed I hd only 1 room booked. She requested that I stay on the line while she rang reception to inform them it was their error, and so began the blame game and finger pointing. Not very proffessional.

Clean and well laid out. Decor a little tired in places. Comfortable public areas. Plenty of parking. Good, quiet location.

The damp smell which pervaded the entrance and downstairs hallway. It had been our intention to take breakfast on all three mornings during our stay. However, on the first morning we arrived to eat at 8.45 and although all the cooked food was plentiful it had obviously been in the hot cabinet for some time and was not at all enjoyable. Bacon like leather and fried eggs like rubber. We did not repeat the experience.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Everyone we met were really nice. The hotel was very clean, the room was clean and comfortable. Towels looked like elephants on the bed. Sweets and biscuits left for us was a lovely touch. Kids thought this was great. Good selection for breakfast. Kids loved the pool, adults enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The location was perfect. We will definitely use this hotel again.

We couldn’t fault the hotel. If I’m being really picky maybe bottled water in the room.

Members of staff were really friendly, courteous and professional, both at the Reception and Restaurant. The rooms were spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was great and hotel was easily accessible by a short bus journey from Leeds or from the local train station.

The restaurant did not have a separate dining area from the bar. The dining area was not very comfortable. Although the Chef was very kind to be flexible, but the menu did not have a great choice (more like a bar menu with little international cuisines for a 4 star hotel), and on the weekend we were there, many items were missing from the menu.

Ideal to Garforth , staying here as met up with friends in the Miners arms . Staff helpful , parking great , room comfortable enough .

Unfortunately, I don’t like to put down any properties that I we’ve stayed at but on arrival, our first room we were given was damp and smelly….no problem because the staff were helpful and gave us another room…great went into Garforth had a good night , got back late crashed out , up not too early went to take a shower 🚿, only 🥶 cold water 💧…..Hey-Ho told reception who were very sorry and apologetic and said leave it with them ..we drove 3 1/2 hours back to Reading…and we never heard a dicky bird 🐦 since ….looks like we never will 😂…shocking service, from Hotel

Nice clean room with comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was nice and what you would expect from a hotel like this. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

A hotel of this size really should think about adding EV Charging facilities. The stairs were a difficulty for my elderly father-in-law, especially when carrying your belongings in and out. He is not wheelchair bound so the wheelchair lifts did not help his access sadly. There is no vending machine so past a certain time there is no way of getting any snacks

The staff were really amazing, especially Ben. Everywhere was clean & well maintained. Food options for breakfast was very good. I would definitely return.

Sadly it was difficult to get upstairs as no lifts. As someone with mobility problems it was not ideal..Although we did get offers of help from the staff. The pool was small, tired, & dated. It would have been a help to have come pool noodles or swim aids for the children. Staff again lovely.

The lady who always worked the breakfast shift was so pleasant and friendly with a smile on her face each morning. (Zoe) The room was clean and beds comfy.

Unfortunately the man who had the room next to us on the first night decided to have a conversation loudly on his phone for over an hour and a half at 2 o'clock in the morning. (Nothing can be done about that) The outside door past the pool and gym was left open all the time and the corridor was extremely cold

The staff were very helpful. The location was great as it was only a few minutes drive from the church, station and restaurant we went to. The room was comfortable but not spacious as we had the sofa bed pulled out but was fine for 1 night. It had a pool, sauna and steam room.

There were a series of short steps going down then a long corridor before we went up a flight of stairs and down another long corridor before we arrived at our room. It was a bit tricky with the luggage we had.
