Location was convenient to the college campus and we were able to make it on time to graduation activities. Hotel lobby and grounds were tidy and what I expected for this brand. We were close to the expressway to get to other attractions outside of the city. There was a Chili's right next door to get a bite to eat but other restaurants were close by too.

Afterhours staff could have been more friendly. The guy that checked us in was rude and was sitting in the lobby watching TV with other guests but they could have also been his friends. One of the towels did have a stench and the cleaning crew did not want to give us extra towels when we asked. Breakfast was super basic and coffee lids were not available, and no Splenda :(.

Our family looks for very little, we just appreciate company's that dont look down on families who come to stay. We love free breakfast! Makes every penny worth it

The pool area needed to be picked up throughout the time we were there but it wasn't, so that was a bummer. But they seemed quite busy with the larger groups staying so understandable

I planned this stay as my roommate is wanting to relocate to Arkansas to live, we scouted out the area from Bella vista to Pea-ridge Arkansas.

Tempature of indoor pool was a little cool but it was well maintained and overall stay was great.

Hotel seemed quite new, very clean, nice staff. Nice to have free breakfast available which we did take advantage of. Location worked out well: a quick drive to downtown Fayetteville and campus. Also near Starbucks, Einstein’s, Whole Foods, Walgreens, CVS and more.

Really, no complaints or wishing something was different. If anything the hotel and everything was better than I expected. Pricing was game day/parent weekend levels, but that was true for every area hotel.

I was looking for something affordable. Something that if needed I could cancel my reservation, because my situation in needing a place to stay was fluid and depended on other family members plans. My pet was welcomed...big plus...and with all this my room was still very clean and comfortable. I felt safe in a unknown area...which was important traveling with my child.....I have no complaints about my choice in staying.

I loved the proximity to everything downtown and around U of A. Very well located. Easily accessible from the main interstate.

Not a major gripe just was surprised at the amount of snow still in the parking lot. Assumed they would pay someone to clean it. Not a major issue at all though.

The hallways on our floor were not vacuumed the entire time we were there and though the carpet was very nice and seemed fairly new, there was debris on them. Not stained, just crumbs and small normal stuff that should have been vacuumed.

I loved the location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a nice room with a nice bathroom, too.

The walls were the thinnest I have ever come on contact with. Don't know how else to phrase it. You could hear a pin drop in the room behind you.

No elevator, it was mentioned on the advertisement but it was still an inconvenience. Since my room was on the third floor and I was told that was the last room available of the type. Even though I checked in at 3:00

The breakfast was amazing! It was a nice quiet place,there wasn’t a bunch of screaming children,really enjoyed my stay! Will definitely come back!

The pool was too cold to swim in!!! I really count on enjoying myself in the pool,was disappointed that I couldn’t swim. Wasn’t told about the extra fee!
