English was used in this hotel. Almost all the staff members were very cordial, including Ansel who gave a warm welcome and was helpful all through as well as the manager Candida who was fantastic with good communication, warmth and helpful information. The location/hotel was about 15mins from the airport and had an inclusive feel amidst the people of Maputo. The breakfast was always very divers, rich and of very good value for your money.

-There was no response to booking app messages asking them if they could make provisions for guest pickup from the Maputo International airport. (The services of a random taxi driver at the airport were eventually used) -Though they sold drinks, there was no provision of standard restaurant services that could cater to lunch and dinner; food had to be bought from neighbouring restaurants but there are enough of restaurants nearby so, that is not much of a worry.

the breakfast is good, the rooms very clean and organized, I didn't try the pool, maybe next time, but I saw it was clean. I didn't do a lot because I had a concert that day, and I was in The hotel only to sleep. maybe next time I will have more time to enjoy.

the shower takes to long to heat up, but it's ok.

The breakfast was always on point. The location is also safe, the beddings are comfortable, the fridge and the kettle was very useful. the rooms are cozy and beautiful.

The drainage in the bathroom was a bit slow, in the shower and the sink, the shower glass was also not very clean. Also only one item( e.g towel, soaps, tea and sugar things) while the room was being shared.

Seems to be a more business oriented travellers hotels but also very nice to stay in the case of holidays. The breakfast is included and is very good, the room and hotel in general are sparkling clean, the bed is very comfortable and big, plenty of tv channels options, and the staff is very kind and helpful!

We were on the 3rd floor and windy conditions outside made some metallic plate of some sort bang very often which can be sometimes noisy to sleep

Great location and clean rooms

Noise during the night, mainly by locals in next door rooms who treat this place as a party joint. They also didn't care about any rule or courtesy whatsoever.

I liked everything in this hotel, breakfast was nice The hotel is neat and clean Staff is friendly It was difficult for me to understand the language but they made me understand and helped me to find a traction places

Staff great, friendly and assisted us well. Even through evacuation for safety they were great. Restaurant food outstanding quality. Rooms very neat, pillows best we had in Maputo.

Drain a bit slow. A loud banging noice during night time.

Professional staff. They were always ready to help even if it was looking for food.

They don't have a kitchen. We were only served breakfast. All the other meals had to be sent for.

The breakfast was good enough. The location is perfect.

So far so good. However, I think they should accept me to pay a half-day as I left before 5:00pm. Unfortuntely, I was told that it was not aplicable as I had booked via booking.com.
