In general the facilities are very good, cosy. The location is perfect for business needs.

All is fine. However one thing surprised me. I tried to get a morning breakfast before the regular working hours of the hotel kitchen. I had a morning flight. I am aware that it's not a standard procedure but usually for a 4-5* hotel it is not a problem if asked in advance. In Mercure I received and information that it's simply not possible. Even a sandwich or a juice. So even though the breakfast was paid, no other alternative was given as a solution. It's not the first time I'm staying at Mercure so it double surprised me that staff was simply helpless.

I am not a morning person, so I did not have breakfast for the duration of my stay. The room was clean, and the cleanliness was maintained throughout. The staff at the reception was super friendly and eager to assist with whatever i was struggling with, e.g., directions to the train station, airport, etc.

The location was in close proximity with public transport and the conference venue.

Excellent room: loved the balcony. Location was great and easy to access transport. I didn't do the gym/sauna facilities justice - these were way above what I had expected and were marvelous.

No iron in room. Only two duvets/bed coverings and I used both myself - ie for a double room I would have needed more if travelling with my wife - but assume that that would have been adjusted due to booking or by communication with the reception.

Really helpful and pleasant staff at reception, a very comfortable room which had everything we needed, including a coffee/ tea maker. Well soundproofed, no noise from adjoining rooms or corridor. 24 hour reception, good for late arrivals, and late check out the next morning until 12. Would be very happy to stay again when we are next in Frankfurt

The 25 euro extra charge for using their car park☹️. The room only had one duvet and towels in the bathroom for one person, but this was quickly rectified by the person at reception.

The rooms were cozy and clean, with all the needed facilities. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the hotel's bar. I also had a great price for the room during my stay.

I found the breakfast to be overpriced, for which reason I did not take it. This was however compensated by a great value for money of the room rate

Excellent location for the Messe and very clean, comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast and lovely to have a restaurant too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A little bit noisy near the road but I was lucky to have a quiet room at the back of the hotel.

Breakfast was great because all sorts of milk were available

In the room there were not tea bags, only coffee. I do not drink coffee so I would enjoy my stay even more if you could provide teas/herbal teas/ camomile

It is one of the best hotels I have stayed here in Frankfurt,spacious and comfortable room, good location and the staff very nice and polite, and one of the girls speaks very well español. Volveré 🫶🏽❤️ muchas gracias!

Excellent location, and the restaurant was particularly good. excellent food and service with great choices and draft beer. They even did a delicious room service PIzza.

Heating/Aircon was old and noisy.

Spacious and well-appointed rooms. Location was good, with the tram stop just a short walk away.

The hotel was split in 2 buildings, across each other. Check in and check out was in one building only.
