Beautiful, clean hotel in a primo location. The room was comfortable with a tiny balcony overlooking the big church. It was walkable to all the tourist sites. Breakfast was delicious and expansive: multiple different types of eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, baked goods, and excellent coffee. But the best part was the hotel shuttle from the airport. I was very nervous ahead of time. My son was arriving at 1:30 am on Friday and I was arriving 12:30 am on Sunday. The middle of the night aspect really concerned me, but the driver was there both times. Plus, there was an issue with luggage on my flight, and I waited for almost 40 minutes. The driver must have called the hotel, who called me. I explained the issue and the driver was still there waiting when I walked out. The front desk staff also held our luggage after checkout to allow us more time to explore the city. All around phenomenal experience.

Great location. Parking under the building was very convenient, especially inCluj, where parking is hard to come by. My room faced the rear , which while it lacked the splendid views of the opera house and cathedral, was much quieter than the Main Street. Excellent, generous breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff. Everything was clean and fresh in my room and the rest of the hotel. Would stay again.

Due to construction at the hotel at the time, the rooftop terrace level restaurant was closed, so only breakfast was available at the hotel.

We booked a suite, it was nice, very large, and it had a great view of the city center. The location is unbeatable. The furniture and the decoration have a classic design, quite pleasant. We had a good breakfast, that offered great variety. At the end, we also had a good show at the reception (a suspenseful dialog between the receptionist and another guest regarding some missing stuff, that was later found...outside her room).

The decorations are nice and have a classy feel, except the many useless blue led lights, that are found in the hallway and even in the room. The contrast cheapens the appearance of the room, but not its price.

- The staff was very polite and helpful. - Breakfast was great, good selection, good cooking. You could notice that the gentleman taking care of the guests was really taking pride in his work - Room was quiet, clean and housekeeping took care of our special requests

- Room HVAC was constabtly switching from hot to cold, instead of just stopping the heat when the room reached the temp. Could not set the thermostat to heating only as this option was locked. Reception recommended that we just set a higher temp, but even so during the night you could feel cold air blowing. - Internet speed was lacking. My partner had issues with online meetings due to bandwidth.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is located in the city center. We had a balcony in the room with an incredible view of the National Romanian Opera and Cathedral. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and included not only basics but also some dishes of Romanian cuisine, like eggplant salad and zacusca. The hotel has parking, which was crucial for us because we were traveling by car. The parking is located on the -1 floor of the hotel and has a private entrance. The entrance to the parking is from behind the hotel, but it is very easy to find. Overall we had an amazing stay and we highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing place, central location, underground parking, nice and helpful staff and most important - amazing comfort in the room - super comfortable matress, pillows for each taste, duvet that is not making you sweat. Room temperature maintained softly with an non-disturbing air conditioning to your taste. Cery clean and well maintained. Last, but not least - breakfast is very tasty and has various selections to everyone’s choice. And bathroom door is closed without noises, same for the floor. Windows when closed make the room sound proof.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. We stayed in the Roma suite, which had a beautiful view of the square in front of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Unfortunately, the mattress on the double bed was not comfortable as it was sagging in the middle. I hope the hotel management reads this feedback and addresses the issue.

It's a good business class hotel, well situated, with large rooms and immaculately clean. On the whole we were pleased. The bathroom was very spacious with good quality towels and good toiletries. Shower pressure excellent, water hot. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. We had a fantastic view over the square from our room on the front of the hotel which had a built in balcony. There was a kettle in the room with 2 very small cups and just fruit tea and coffee. No black (English Breakfast) tea and no milk so if you stay in this hotel you may wish to take your own tea. We bought milk from a shop and kept it in the minibar.

It is situated on a very busy road and there was a considerable amount of noise. Particularly sirens from passing emergency vehicles. The duvet on the bed let the hotel down. It was cheap and thin and not big enough to cover a bed as large as the one in our room. Breakfast was very disappointing for such a quality hotel. Not a great amount of choice and not a lot of it. Things ran out quickly but weren't replenished without prompting. Certainly not worth paying 12 euros for.

The location is good and the rooms are ok.

There was a lady at the reception that was very unpleasant, talked to us in a very rood way, was not ready to accept payment with a phone or watch but only physical card. This was the only location in all Romania. The hotel is under construction. Why this was not communicated to us?

The Hotel Beyfin is a beautiful hotel right on the main square of Cluj Napoca. My room had a fine view of the cathedral. Notwithstanding the location, the hotel was quiet. I was pleased and surprised by the quality of the furnishings in the room. Although the hotel did not have a restaurant, there were several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast was excellent.
