Our stay overall was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. I’m starting to love Hilton hotel. The breakfast was good also and it had a variety of options. I also like how the front has a mini store selection to meet the customers needs.

Only thing I didn’t like the bathroom didn’t have body wash like most does. I know that’s petty but we forgot to grab ours from home and we didn’t have time to go to the store to put some up. But they did have small bars of soap that was convenient. We only stayed one night. Of course if we were staying longer we would’ve gotten some soap.

Huge rooms that feel like tiny apartments (include full fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. Perfect for longer stays within the area. There are side entrances for privacy. Highly recommend if you need to stay in Plano for a while. I accidentally left stuff at the hotel and they promptly shipped it to me.

Very clean, great view, spacious room, full sized fridge/freezer and microwave, dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, coffee/coffee maker, friendly attentive staff, delicious hot breakfast, handheld shower, dual flushing toilet, free wifi, nice toiletries, easy check in/check out, generous pet policy.

Close proximity to where I needed to beat. The room size and kitchenette, the amenities that is included. The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful!!

How convenient it was to locations

Building does not seem old at all. Some of the sheets were dirty. Luckily we brought our own. Areas needed some cleaning and wear and tear in a lot of areas.

The room was very spacious. Everything was clean, neat, and organized.

The sheets had a weird kinda pop smell on one of the beds. I ask the ladies if they could changed them and solved the problem. The pillows are flat!

The room was very cool and comfortable in the middle of a heat wave. The kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was polite, helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is that I wish they had safes in the rooms. We improvised with a bike lock on a cabinet.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the layout of the main room, the ottoman, the abundance of charging ports, and the kitchen area. The carpet tiles are great and seem cleaner than plush carpet from years gone by. The television was a nice size. The main room was spacious and clean. The a/c unit did a good job. The soap and shampoo in the shower is a really nice touch. The adjustable showerhead was awesome. The water was nice and hot. Loved the tap key entry. The bed itself was comfortable.

The bathroom felt small due to the layout of the huge door. The TV remote did not work for the guide. The coffee maker was mediocre and there weren't enough coffee pods for our two morning stay. The bedding was not that great - it was soft but the bottom sheet came off easily, the sheets were frayed at the ends, and the comforter kept sliding off the bed. The pillows were too soft for a side sleeper and there were only three for two people.

Very well kept place!!! Wonderful housekeeping services !!! Daily vacuuming and moping . Bed made everyday!!!! Provide supplies everyday !!!!! Great breakfast!!!!! Nice room and bedding !!!!! Comfort bedding and pillows!!!! Staff was great as well !!!!

This property appears new and was in a good location, safe, clean.

The only problem was the first room issued to us wasn’t a king. We got a new room in just a few minutes but it was a pain to have to go to the desk twice for checkin.
