The staff member on reception was excellent, welcoming and helpful on arrival - and spoke excellent English (which saved me (and him!) from my embarrassing French). Although I used public transport from the city centre, which took a bit of negotiating, the hotel is relatively easily reached if you're confident on different forms of transport (which, in Paris, is readily available - metro, trams, bus and trains are all interchangeable). The hotel is in a quiet area and the room was very quiet. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable. And the breakfast, although a 'basic' continental one, was good - and the highlights were being able to cook your own soft/hard boiled eggs, the fresh bread and - a marvel - real fresh fruit, including freshly prepared grapefruit and orange.

The bathroom was very small, but very functional. And the water was instantly hot, so that was excellent. My room also had a tiny window - but it did have one at least!

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was there for only one night but I had a great experience.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel

We often stay in this hotel and it is really good value for money. It's decent place close to small shopping mall, restaurants, cafes and a train station. We recommend it.

The staff was amazing!! They totally upgraded our experience by being willing to help solve any issue and giving extra care (such as changing the room we didn’t like immediately, helping with the parking situation, solution for child bed and more). We were in for a 5 nights stay and the room is big enough for a couple and a 2.5 year old (good size of bathroom), the cleaning is on spot and all facilities are well maintained. Location is near a commercial area. Parking is free. Good VFM for a good breakfast.

The underground parking is a little tight for big cars. no fitness room. Couples with bigger children might be a little tight in the room.

Good location, nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and enough large for 2 adults, interior parking and safe. I recommend this location.

The entrance and exit from underground parking to tight but manageable. No other remarks.

Reception staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Location suited perfectly as we were going to a match in Stade de France
