The hotel and room were all very clean. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was very large and exceptionally clean, with plenty of space for our family. The price was a good value for the room.

The biggest issue for us were the beds, which were very firm, too firm in our opinion, which caused some tiredness and soreness the next day. The breakfast was pretty good but kind of sparse, and not everyone found something that sounded good to them. Also, this is a great location for the airport, but if your making frequent trips into the city, a different location may be better.

We felt that the safety of the hotel & our room were compromised. The side exit door of the building, very close to our room on the first floor was completely broken. The magnetic key card lock on the door was fully masking taped to block use of the key card & it seemed because of the condition of tape, that it has been taped for a long while without the problem getting fixed. This was definitely not a good safety measure! A high concern that wouldn’t let us have a full relax stay. Anyone from the streets with bad intentions could just enter.

Room was awesome. Staff that was in the morning was, very friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful, and very neat and clean. Absolutely loved it. Having breakfast was very, nice as well.

. We had a issue with the upstairs above the, room we were in. They were really loud and it sounded like they were, dragging stuff across the floor at 2 am. My boyfriend went to talk to night staff and they said , oh and that's all he said. Then this Saturday morning my boyfriend went to the morning staff, and they said that's strange that the guy that was there early in the morning, should of done something, like call them. But other than them being loud all night , it was a pleasant experience.

The service we received from the male clerk when we arrived. I forgot his name but he was helpful and very nice. This is what set the tone for me due to the wait for pick up from the shuttle van. I was told to wait at 2B for the pick up but it should've been pick up area 3B. This was a wait for me for 40 minutes when the hotel is only 5 minutes away. Communication in this area will be greatly appreciated for other customers. Please speak to your driver to have compassion and not scold us for waiting in the wrong area. He was very rude but I know that this is a simple correction for his next passengers.

Communication as I stated in the above comment. To have a pleasant experience from your shuttle driver would be nice. More of a friendlier driver to start the pleasant stay at the hotel.

Site was awesome. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was probably the best night of sleep in a long time. I usually don't sleep very well. My room was awesome I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole facility.

If there was only one thing I could say anything wrong about, was breakfast. Limited selection of items for those of who have celiac disease . Maybe even hard boiled eggs would be nice. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others

It’s close to the temple that our family attended for the ceremony.

The carpet at the stairs is so dirty and dusty, I booked three rooms for my family but the rooms that I stayed just barely have the shampoo and the conditioner was empty and the hand towel and the wash cloth are so old and so thin compared to Deluxe hotel at the casino place are lots nicer and cheaper to stay there. # the cost was too expensive for this type of hotel ,I don’t think we’re going to stay here again if it’s this expensive .😕

Room a great size. One bed soft other hard. Bathroom to small. Shower hard to get in and out of. Nothing to hold on to. Breakfast needs more protein options than just yogurt, boiled eggs would be great. Or even breakfast sandwich to heat up. More handicap parking and rooms

Convenient access to Interstate. Located directly across from a large Gas Station/Convenience store.Coffee maker, Microwave & Mini Fridge in room. AC worked very well. Continental Breakfast had several hot & cold options. Pet Friendly for a possible future visit. No need for a WiFi password, automatic WiFi access is provided free of charge. Free parking. Bed Linens & Towels were remarkably clean & soft.

Room keys stopped working 3 hours before check out time, AC also seemed to be on a time out system. Not enough designated handicapped parking spaces. 1 member of the front desk staff spoke zero English & relied on her child to translate our questions. There was no flavored coffee creamer nor freshly brewed coffee at the designated breakfast area, only the room had 3 small pods to make 1 cup at a time.

Everything about the room was fine, clean, comfortable. What I want to applaud is the staff, who discovered I had left behind my backpack, which was full of necessary items. They informed me by phone of my mistake and went through many calls as I tried to figure out a way to get it back. The management was able to send it back to me safe and sound and I am profoundly grateful!!

The room was nice and spacious. The hotel was clean and nice. Lots of parking. Locates near many gas stations.

The elevator is very slow and small, even though there are only 2 floors. It's better to take the stairs. Breakfast ends at 9 a.m., which is very early. It is still a 10-15 minute drive to the airport.
