Good value for money, working hot shower and the service is good.

- The convenience store are really expensive better search for food at the sky avenue before night - No grab driver when night - The aircond is slow and noisy but serves it purposes well

1-Very cleaned and all equipment was installed new. 2-Staff really helpful. 3- view was so fantastic bcz room had balcony and my family fully enjoyed it.

Near by other building which I believe under same hotel over there Food is so expensive and not good quality, we bought 2 fried rice with chicken and 1 milo drink which’s cost us RM 59 and when we brought it to the room we founds the chicken was fried more then couple of times it was too hard to eat. So we simply throw them in the dustbin although we were so hungry.

Location , price and property staff very pleasant

Booking done via Booking.com and I received the email confirmation from Yume Operator but their contact number is not current. When I called their number, they gave me Booking.com customer sevice number and asked me to contact operator via Booking. Com It was confusing as Yume Operator did not clearly specify that their room offer was located at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel property and customer can call the Hotel front devk for any query.

Nothing! I read some comments on the distance between the car park to room. However it is quite near if you know where you room floor is and you can park your car to the nearest floor. And it is easy to get car park. They even have a scheduled shuttle bus every one hour to bring you to genting theme park with a small fee. That means you no need to drive your car.

Its a clusters of condos and hotel, great location, almost at the top of the resort, cool windy breeze, super confy. Easy check in process., helpfull lobby staff, parking with touch n go for guest and its free. The cafe and foods at a higher side of the price, but thats normal for this rate of resort.

The road is a challenge for those who are not use to such road, esp lowered cars, dark and foggy at night, no speeding area. Honestly i dont mind at all about the road. The hotel cafe, for RM 60 breakfast is pricy as the variety of choices is limited as compared to the previous years. The guard manning the U turn areais so rude. Pls train them

The place is very nice and cold most of the time

The gym equipment is not maintained n already informed the management since Month of April about the treadmill machine breakdown of the 2 units but very sadly nothing been done n also kids going in without proper attire.

Although I didn’t enjoy and use the facilities, but overall all good. Weather is very very cozy on the top hill.

Just wrong information, message was told me check in at Jade Tower which is Grand Ion Delemen, but the staff told us our booking is at Grand Ion Majestic, which is not walkable to reach there and need to drive about 500 meter.

The management fills all our requirements with a cozy and neat room. it is a wonderful holiday memory with my family thank you for all your help and support. Will book here again in future

but we quite disappointed with the cleaning. Before check in we found the room with dust and hair on the floor but the room service did the cleaning immediately after requested. Once again thank you for your prompt action.

The 2 ladies at the front counter are very bad attitude, they let us waited from 3pm to 8.15pm. Just imagine we only have 1 day stay at Genting, is really wasted our time. The manager are very good BUT they nor respected him, finally, person go to chase and looking for empty room all runs by the manager.
