The apartment was impeccable, with all the required facilities in place. The rooms and beds were incredible. The location was very close to the Cerro Nutibara (~20 min walking) and with easy access to the Parque del Rio and the Christmas Lights. A nice neighborhood with several grocery stores nearby.

Everything was really good, but just to write something, the second room had an enormous bed that didn't leave much space to walk around… the bed was really good, though. Also, the AC in that room was a bit noisy sometimes.

I stayed for two weeks. The apartments are of good size - I stayed on the top floor and had a fantastic time. Quiet Location, super safe and with a nearby cafeteria to get your coffee and breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Isabella and Laura made every effort to make me feel at home. They were fantastic!

The coffee machine at the reception could updated to provide better quality coffee. It is a bit of a disappointment to get lousy coffee in Colombia!

The property is brand new with no real problems

I liked the fact that every bedroom has their own bathroom and ac. It was cozy and nice.

It was a bit noisy because you can listen to everything that is going on outside. The noise that the trash thing makes early in the morning and that their were no tv in the living room. One of the bathroom had a problem with the toilet and had to be locked until fixed.

I have stayed at two Cadissa properties with the same results. The value for the rate charged is remarkable and better than I have found at other properties. The staff, their service and hospitality is what I appreciate most. They truly make you feel at home the moment you walk in the door. I loved the apartment's open floor plan, large balcony with spectacular views and the functionality of the kitchen. I even enjoyed washing dishes because I got to look at the mountains while doing it!

I wish there were more restaurant and market options nearby but it's an easy adjustment. I just made sure I collected what I needed while I was out and about during the day.

I rarely leave reviews, however this place deserves one. I stayed on Prana by Gema only two days, but I wish it was more than that. This place is just outstanding. From the moment that you walk in, the cleanliness of the entrance, and the excellent customer service from the front desk staff is just amazing. I love the fact that the entire hotel staff is very helpful, kind, and respectful. they just made me feel home. The place itself has all the amenities that you might need during your stay, the place has a nice gym and a wonderful jacuzzi. The cleanliness at the rooms is neat as I like. I’m a picky person with hotels but this one exceed my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and referring everyone I know to stay in this place.

The unit had 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped, and a nice balcony. Lots of storage in bedrooms and in the living space. Housekeeping was optional. Staff was friendly and helped out with taxi, etc.

3rd bedroom was cramped with 2 single beds. You could not reach the closet. Couches in the living room were very hard and uncomfortable.

For the price , I was expecting basic stuff in the kitchen / coffee / tea/ sugar / salt , oil , maybe some condiments etc 1-2 loads of laundry detergent Bedroom #2 didn’t feel comfortable for 2 tall adults so maybe revisit the furniture in that room

What I like most about the property was everything! Staff was very attentive. David was exceptional! Great Human Being. Anything that was needed or needed to be provide David accommodated the services. Staff was alert, punctual, polite, accommodating. Everyone deserves a Raise in pay! Top Notch Service

Hot water is on automatic in the shower. I love hot water for a shower.

What an amazing 5 star property! Everyone who works there went out of their way to make my trip seamless. I have travelled to many countries and have rarely seen such hospitality. Each 3BR suite is on its own floor which enabled me to work and sleep peacefully. I will definitely return.
