Asked to set up some simple birthday towel folding and balloons and they really exceeded my expectation, when we entered the room it looks so well decorated and fancy!! Really appreciated the extra effort from the staffs as this is foc.. for this price there is a decently big bathtub, slightly old but nice room, and it has a nice view facing the mosque

During the check in, the process was messy. Crowd management was bad because there were some big group tour check in as well, the staffs just took their time slowly and there is no structure in place. After the check in, it took us at least 30 mins to wait for a lift to go up (: yes, just going up and the staffs didn't bother to arrange or assist those with luggages. No proper parking below the hotel too, u have to park under hartamas retail and go up the lift and just find yr way to the lobby

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a generally comfortable experience. The room was quite spacious, providing ample space to relax. The toilet was also clean overall, which I truly appreciated. However, I faced an issue with the air conditioning as it did not work well. Despite informing the front desk, the problem was not resolved, making the stay less comfortable. Additionally, while the breakfast was average, I unfortunately experienced diarrhea after drinking a refreshing beverage in the early morning, which raises concerns about food and beverage hygiene. I hope these areas can be improved for a better guest experience in the future. Thank you.

Room big. Clean, not aspect with this price can get room big like this. Breakfast on all good. Food ok. But Need to come early. After 8am so long Q. Luckily i come 7.20am. So no need to wait. Pool side ok. Kids pool small but my sons like it. & have very nice view.

1)Can see other room/house when open curtain. I stay in room 318. So i not open the curtain for whole day i stay. 2)Spouse have operator for other request from room, not font office staff need to take care. Because i call almost 15time not pickup the phone( want to ask about my room service order) When i come down then the staff say only one persons. N busy thats time. 3) Order room service , my fault key in wrong hotel. But staff alrdy call n say its ok thier can hadle. But till 9pm i haven’t received my order. Solution thier call me again , told me to email dorsett for my refund. Need to wait 7-10day for refund. 4) need to improve lift. If pick time. Mean breakfast & check out time need to wait a to long for can go down or go up. Especially want go to car park. No stairs access.

I liked the comfort and the service.

The deluxe suite isn't that much of an upgrade as much as I thought. I upgraded my room from the dorsett standard room. The dorsett suite should be of good value when upgrading. This was still fine, The room reeked of a faint cigarette burning smell at midnight which was not nice. The room was very clean. The hotel is seeing the last part of it's great days if it doesn't go through a renovation soon. It's still very good, and very good value for money. They can improve on breakfast items would be my opinion.

Lovely rooftop pool and view, the bar on the top floor was really good 😊. Alvin was our waiter a great salesman too. Room had to be changed the second one was fine.

The first room had small single beds not what we asked for. The carpet was stained the curtains all creased, food crisps under the bed that had been missed. It was rated 5 star but needs halls painting and updating. The reception desk staff wanted an extra 288myr to upgrade we had already paid 355 so it was not helpful. We were moved to a double room which was a better first impression., but not great for a 5 star hotel. Restaurant staff are too attentive 3 waitresses hanging around the table until you had ordered which makes you feel pressured to order quickly. Our food wasn't great either too much batter on the prawns. Again when paying, the waitress was so close to me at the table I could not get my purse on the chair next to me. Very off-putting.

Efficient check in /out process. Staff attentive and helpful. Convenient location. Even got an upgrade to suite but due to technical issues. Gym is adequate and pool is great for doing laps. Fantastic views of Hartamas and KL skyline. Overall is great for a peaceful, quiet staycation and room rates quite competitive.

Only 2 lifts in hotel, nothing can be done to increase lifts unless major reno. Waiting times and congestion during peak breakfast times and checkout times. Technical issue was no hotwater during my stay. The shower drainage a little clogged. Needs more variety of TV channels, ie.kids channels. Talking about kids, the 'kids Club' at top floor remains incomplete..has nothing in that room since last year.

Everything is satisfactory except Valet service!!

Valet. This is my 4th visit. B4 this I have no issue about valet. Everything was ok. But yesterday my car was moved to the back of the hotel without my consent. I thought first come first serve. My car was valet parked in the side front of the premises b4 being moved the next day to the back alley of the hotel. For me this is safety issue. In front would be safer than behind the premises. Hence have to walk further to retrieve my car.

Everything was processed smoothly. The room is exactly what I expected. Clean, comfortable, everything is functioning well. I extended my stay for another night!

To have their own designated parking with fixed rate of parking fee. I need to do work outside of hotels, so parking rate for in-and-out of hotel is covered by my own T&G. Total per day until check out is roughly MYR11 plus. Hopefully hotels can have their own cards for parking & fixed rate.

staff is friendly, room is clean. they decorate the room for my birthday celebration! its a great hospitality. breakfast was not bad at all. have something for everyone. have kids club room beside swimmping pool for play but no toys, need to ask receptionist for it. but overall im satisfied!

parking is a bit tricky. you may missed the signage to go basement carpark. the lift to go hotel is shared with residence so make sure to look for sign lift hotel

Since this was a last minute choice we decided to book this place as it was near to our meeting venue the next day. They had a nicely decorated room including ironing board in the bedroom. Standard room with minibar and shower. The room and the bed itself was comfortable, but would have preferred more space for Muslim to pray. Walkable to a few restaurants and a massage place but didn't get to explore those.

Parking was a bit confusing. In front of the hotel they had valet, but it wasn't available late night. We were told by the reception to park at the basement, using photo card instruction. Perhaps they needed to inform patrons earlier after booking regarding the parking. We had to park at the basement and the entrance for the parking was a bit far from the hotel. No free parking for hotel guests.
