The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just walking distance to the airport and a bus ride to the city center. The staff was very nice, friendly and useful.

My plane left early and breakfast starts at 7:00 so I couldn’t eat it. I would have expected that a hotel close to the airport would have an early breakfast option.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, stylish interior design, good location for travelers. I walked to the airport through thick snow for 6 minutes. This is one of the best hotels in Tallinn in terms of price and quality. The hotel room was very clean and large. The floor-to-ceiling window added to the spaciousness. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room, free coffee and tea and a bottle of mineral water. The minibar had water and beer at a cheap price for Tallinn. The interior design of the lobby bar was industrial and had many surprising elements. Liked it a lot.

The toilet was a decent size, but the shower area separated by a curtain was a bit narrow. But that wasn't a major drawback in the overall impression.

Within walking distance of the airport and a shopping mall (where there are several restaurants if you want to eat outside of the hotel), the hotel is an excellent choice for business travellers needing a stopover near to the airport. The room was very comfortable, with complimentary coffee and bottled water. The complimentary local honey was a bonus! There is also plenty of parking immediately in front of the hotel should you need it. The breakfast spread was varied and the staff were friendly.

Simply owing to its location, the sound of aircraft could be heard. It wasn't excessive and didn't disturb me in the night (as far as I am aware!), but it might be an issue for some light sleepers.

Hotel is on walking distance from the airport which is very convenient. Friendly personnel and good breakfast. Rooms are clean and everything you need is there.

This bathroom does not meet the standard you would expect from a hotel. During showering, water flows throughout the entire bathroom because the floor is completely flat and there is no threshold or ridge to contain it. While a squeegee is provided to dry the floor, I don’t think a guest should have to do this after every shower. Especially not in a room of this price range.

I always stay at Mercure Tallinn the night before my early morning flight home to the US. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the coffee and water provided are comforting after the long train ride from Viljandi, the bathroom facilities are more than adequate and the bed is always VERY comfortable. During past stays I have had excellent meals in the restaurant. I can walk to the airport from here so there is no question...it is the best place to stay before flying

The temperature in the room is locked at 21.5 C. I would have liked to turn down the heat for the night.

we didn’t expect much, but were really impressed. good room, comfortable bed, tasty food in the restaurant. breakfast is okay. location is good for the tourists - next to the airport and shopping centre, easy to get to the old town. free parking. check in and out were fast.

the biggest problem is service in the lobby bar. young barmen is just learning, this is okay…but there might be experienced waiter at the same time. he didn’t notice us at the table, we had to take menu and then order at the bar, then we had to wait for one beer about 10 minutes (there were just couple of people, it wasn’t too buy) and at the end someone paid for our order, so it takes some time to figure it out and fix. smart tv is not really smart - there is no youtube, etc. toilet is very low and toilet lid is very loud. shower is tiny, soundproof might be better. there is no possibility to open a window, so there is no fresh air in the room, even though conditioner is working fine.

Hotel is walking distance from airport which is a bonus. It is effortless to walk to and from airport to the hotel even with suitcases. The road is super smooth.

Hotel itself is stylish, clean and comfortable. Staff at the reception is super helpful, friendly and respectful. They help with any local information, whether it’s where to go for dinner, how to get places. We felt super comfortable and well looked after. Good quality hand wash, shower gel etc is an extra bonus. I would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice business hotel, within 5 minutes of walking from the airport, good quality facilities and amenities, great bar and restaurant. The room was cleaned every day, the staff was polite and not intrusive. Good quality air conditioning, heated bathroom floor, desk in the room.

The hotel is outside of the city, but there's a short 20 min bus trip to the old town of Tallinn, or a 6 euros Bolt drive. What I didn't like about the room is that the mattress and the pillows were too soft.

* the hotel is ideally located if you have a night transfer at Tallinn airport since it's only a 5 min walk; there is a big shopping centre next to the hotel; * big room with French windows and the lake view; * big comfortable bathroom; * complimentary bottle of water and a little jar of honey.

* no soap bar, only liquid; * very few TV channels; * uncomfortable location of the safe box - on the bottom of the wardrobe, only a cat can use it.

The close location from the airport is probably the biggest plus of this hotel. To that, one can add the comfort of the bed, the clean and comfy feeling of the rooms and a cosy main hall while waiting to leave after check-out!

There is nothing in particular that I didn't like, just that some signs from the Airport could guide walkers up to the hotel. In regard with the price of the room, it would have been a bit more interesting to have more "fine food" in the continental breakfast selection (fresh bread, salmon, fresher fruit salad...).
