Excellent customer service, all the staff were amazing and accommodating (thanks Ashleigh). The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfy. The breakfast selection was very tasty and once again, service was very attentive. They arranged a transfer to Amman at a good price and even surprised us with a picnic bag! Location is great, so many restaurants, cafes and shops around. The Petra entrance is a short 20min walk away or you can take the hotels free transfer! Lovely views over Petra. A brilliant stay!

Nothing! It was perfect

Everything was great. The hotel itself was modern, absolutely clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting. Rooms and bathrooms were fully equipped and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and in very good variety, we even got lunch packs every morning. Small pool on the rooftop terrace is great to cool down after a long hot day in Petra. The gym is also nice and well equipped. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff were truly outstanding. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations, or accommodating special requests. Their attentiveness and genuine care made a significant difference in our overall experience. I cannot recommend P Quattro Relax Hotel enough for anyone looking for a place to stay with exceptional service and a personal touch. As soon as we entered, we were very friendly welcomed. The staff helped us with every question we had during our stay. Very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi to relax after a long and hot day in Petra. Big and clean room. When we arrived 45min too late for breakfast the staff at the restaurant still made a wonderful breakfast for us. Hotel is located walking distance from many delicious restaurants and sweet shops for desert!

I loved this hotel . My whole family loved it . From the moment you step in , you are greeted by the amazing staff . They go out of the way to make you feel special and are always there to help. The food was excellent , the rooms were beautiful, so clean and spotless, the beds were so comfortable. Most of all the staff made you feel like royality. I have travelled around the world but have never seen such amazing hospitality like in P Quattro hotel. Special thanks to Abed for always taking care of our needs and comfort. I can say please please if you visit Petra look no further and book this hotel. This is the best hotel in Petra .

Our stay was one big and pleasant surprise. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and you can walk to Petra from it. Absolutely brilliant staff at the hotel on reception (unfortunately we can't remember the name but it was a student who works on reception and please pass on our big thanks to him!). We got a free room upgrade, the hotel offers very good buffet breakfasts and dinners. You can use the jacuzzi and small pool on the roof. The staff was always willing to give us advice and the whole stay was completely pleasant. True Jordanian hospitality!

The location is absolutely perfect and everything is basically included in this booking. Shuttle is available to bring you to Petra and back. Breakfast was decent each morning. The hotel has a pool which I did not get to use since it was a bit too cold. The staff was absolutely amazing. The gentleman that checked me in was super professional and kind and the lady that checked me out and helped me throughout the day was also very professional and kind. They even set up a driver to pick me up in Amman.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is that the “do not disturb” does not work once you leave the room because it’s electronic.

Everything! It was the perfect hotel to stay in Petra. The staff from the young man in the evenings, concierge to the lady in the morning for our check out were very professional and delivered amazing customer service. Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed and rooms were spacious, neat and well decorated. You have a botique hotel gem in Petra; extremely recommended to stay here.

Only one suggestion, the take away breakfast for ealy check-outs can be a little bit more substancious (sandwich) to lift up the amazing standard you have in this beautiful place.

A huge shout out for the hotel and its wonderful staff. I travel a lot, all around the world, but this team stole my heart. From the second you walk in the door, till your check out, they will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They were absolutely the best ever!! Without exemption. The hotel itself is also worth the stay, with spacious and clean rooms, an extensive breakfast, and swimmingpool and big jacuzzi in mint condition. The perfect example of Jordan hospitality. Not a doubt where we would stay next time in Petra. Thx for everything and till next time, insAllah.
