Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The bathroom was clean, and the whole building has a charming, historic character. We especially enjoyed the elegant lounge — perfect for relaxing — and the fun decorative touches throughout the hotel related to the famous Sanremo Song Contest. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both at reception and during breakfast. The breakfast itself was nice, with a good variety of options. The location is ideal — just steps from the beach and right next to the “Riviera dei Fiori” bike path, which makes exploring the coast by bike easy and enjoyable. We rented bikes directly from the hotel. They were a bit old, but it was actually more convenient than the town’s bike service, which closes at 7 p.m.

You can occasionally hear traffic from the main road, but that’s typical for hotels in this area. If you're looking for total quiet, something higher up the hill might be better — though you’d definitely need a car.

Big comfortable room with a little bit of seawiev from one of the windows. Huge clean bathroom with a great shower. The breakfast was exellent and the waiter very polite and helpful. The staff in the reception was also super friendly and helpful. So a very good experience at Hotel Morandi. The outdoor area is very nice and so is the huge lounge. Will definitely stay there again next time.

Great historic property with attentive staff and a beautiful balcony sea view. The hotel is clearly in the process of modernizing, but we enjoying the classic elements, including the downstairs lounge area, french doors/trim & high ceilings. Rooms are air-conditioned, but the lounge is not. Breakfast is generous and has great variety. We would not hesitate to recommend this, and if you have the chance, book room 107, for the beautiful balcony view! We would have spent more time in the lounge if it was air-conditioned, and we look forward to seeing the hotel in the future as it continues to update and modernize. We hope that it will retain its classic charm as it does so.

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful building. Very peaceful, allowing you to relax, and the bed was very comfortable

Some bottled water in the room, or access to it. We arrived later than planned, with no shops/bars open and no access to a drink until the morning.

Hotel is in the grand tradition of 'seaside resort hotels' with a little bit of faded grandeur alongside some more modern updates. The staff were helpful and the parking onsite was a real bonus. Our room was on the top floor, which meant getting a very rickety lift, however, the view over the rooftops and to the sea beyond was absolutely worth the climb. Room was simple but comfortable enough. Balcony was the best part, with great views, it was the perfect place to watch the sunrise.

Shower was awful! An over bath affair with irregular temperature control, it managed to get more water on the floor than it did over us! The air conditioning was asthmatic at best, however, it was cool enough in the evening to have the balcony doors open, so we didn't mind so much.

Beautiful historical building, with beautiful garden. Nice big room and spacious bathroom. Welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast. Good position, just a few minutes' drive from the center, or about 20 minutes walk on beautiful sea side path.

Great location, great breakfast

We got an unexpected charge of 30 EUR for the crib, however, we just made the request but never confirmed it. Not a big deal, probably it was a miscommunication between the hotel and Booking.

Location and breakfast are great. Calm area, especially with sea view. Historical flavour of the building. Nice exhibition of music instruments.

Everything a bit old and the light in our rooms was partially not working. Asking the staff to fix it, way be the guests are still waiting for it! :)

Décoration around music , my room had a private spa and a nice little balcony, the staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, nice location as well. Tiny elevator

The parking lot was very small and we had to pay extra which we knew.

The hotel have a very good location and the private parking is good. Also the hotel have a nice backyard with very good lightning. Personal was nice and the breakfast was very good with very good service as well. The lobby area is very well decorated and looking really nice - much nicer than I expected. The prices of the coctails in the lobby were very cheap.

The room was old. There was no table and the bathroom need a renovation. We had two different rooms in 2nd and 3rd floor, and the last one was way worse. The room in the 2nd floor was fully renovated and in very good condition, but the other one was not - it is not equal. The lobby area is not air conditioned so it is not usable during the hot days.
