Staff were friendly and allowed us late check-out for an hour. Good location within walking distance from Cable Beach, with Explorer Bus stop opposite. Convenient with a General Store. Aircon was good, heater option kept us warm during colder nights. Provided fully equipped kitchen, towels and toiletries.

Room facilities are a little old (e.g. bath shower). Met with mosquitoes despite being the dry season, could have provided some equipment to keep away mosquitoes (e.g. mosquito nets, incense, repellent etc.)

Maintenance ,door was difficult to unlock and the only member of our group who could successfully lift and unlock and lock the door was a man .Shower cold water tap fell off with the pressure from turning the basin tap on to wash my hands .I had to screw everything back together with my finger nail

Friendly staff. When we arrived the aircon unit in the room was faulty, we returned and were given another room straight away! Ladies in reception were lovely and happy to help. My son left his bunny in the room, they held it for 3 weeks while we went down down and even dropped it to our other accomodation we stayed at on the way home, given our time constraints and the need for my son to have his bunny back! Fantastic service and couldn’t be more grateful!

Excellent location, easy to reach by the public bus. The cabin was huge for a single traveller - I felt almost guilty for having one entire extra 3-bed room which was kept closed for the whole stay! All the areas in the cabin were well appointed and functional. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.

The fact that people in caravans are allowed to set up their camping tents practically 'glued' onto the bedroom window! It was very upsetting to have to keep the blinds down, making the room very dark and needing ceiling light the whole day!

Despite being a little pricey (though Broome is inherently pricey), this proved to be a great location. We were lucky to get a two bedroom cabin at short notice. The reception staff were really great, very friendly. The cabin was excellent, though we didn't get a chance to use the other park facilities. there are options nearby for meals, ranging from a very noisy Divers to several more elegant dining solutions. We took the latter.

Good size cabin (two bedroom) with a lounge, dining area, kitchen. Even had a washing machine in the bathroom, which was a nice bonus.

Staff weren't very helpful when we had trouble finding a ride to the airport. Unfortunatley Broome doesn't have a good taxi service. The staff suggested catching the bus into town and walking to the airport. With bags and an older mum (88 years) and the heat it was going to be a hard task. Luckily while waiting at the bus stop another tourist gave us the contact number for a taxi lady and she picked us up frm the bus stop!

The most friendliest, loveliest ladies at the check in desk! Super helpful, and genuinely happy to help with any questions we had.

Very jam packed in, not a lot of room for vans, cars, parking.

A+++ Highly recommend. Great location, great amenities. Highly recommend the cabins if you're staying with kids. Pool was clean and refreshing, don't quote me but I think it was a salt water pool. Loved it for our 5 day getaway from the cold in Perth.

No set pedestrian pathways but still felt safe as everyone drove slowly and watched for kids.

The resort was well set out with easy access to Cable Beach. We stayed in a cabin so had our own space.

The time of year we chose, meant that the caravan/campground was very busy. I think we would have found it a bit too cramped if we were in a tent or caravan.

Wonderful stay, great beds and the best pillows! Cabins well equipped, definitely worth the money. Will be back for sure, next time for a holiday with my whanau instead of a work trip. Great customer service from the team at reception.
