Professional staff, clean rooms, they expected us with champagne because it was our honeymoon, we had everytjing we needed, the resort is very nice and quiet, you can really relax. The grocery store in the resort has a lot of good stuff if you need anything, it is very convenient that it is there. Reception is very helpful, they always asked if we needed anything and they answered all our questions very quickly

It is not about the property, but about the pool bar restaurant, it is private and it has nothing to do with the reception. We wanted to have a soup for our baby, and they refused to give us because we didn’t have a reservation, they were rude and also refused to give us the soup to go. It was just unpolite.

Quiet , clean , comfortable & well equipped apartment with beautiful views.Staff were friendly & helpful.Loved the swimming pools , could get a proper swim done in large one.My adult kids enjoyed the tennis court & gym also. We would highly recommend the Cafe Med ( superb food& lovely staff) the bar in middle of pool area was also decent.This place has it all.We hired a car as it worked out better for 5 of us and we had great flexibility to enjoy day trips.

The little bridges over the pools could be a bit higher as it was tricky when swimming but manageable.A blind or curtain to block out light in living room where sofa bed is would really help for a better night's sleep.

Everything was kept clean and tidy. All staff are extremely polite. Nice chilled out location with a 20 minute walk into San blas where you can find some lovely bars, restaurants and shops.

The wind. The wind in the day time made getting out the pool very cold, too cold for my youngest son so we didn't get out use out of it on windy days. Also the wind can get bad of an evening also. We would normally sit on the terrace and play cards once the children are in bed but the wind was too bad for that. We spent a few nights sat in watching TV which disappointed us. Also the sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable.

Location for golfers without a hire car is ideal.

Quality of food available at the pool bar was disappointing.

Spotless clean, newly refurbished and comfortable unit with dishwasher and washing machine. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and we found all the essentials like dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and body lotion, coffee, sugar and salt. Common areas are very clean and well maintained. There is a small grocery shop on site which has a good selection of products and sells fresh bread and croissants. Also, since we had a late flight, we were able to check out at 6 pm by paying a small fee. We really appreciated it. Staff is really helpful and caring.

Unfortunately, the location is not the best. It’s too close to the airport and the noise is annoying. Also, there is not much to do in the neighbourhood.

Not a lot to complain about, but we had & used the bbq. There were no cooking utensils which made it a bit difficult to flip burgers, steak etc as any utensils were plastic. Also when emptying the coals, there were no cleaning utensils either ie: wire brush to clean the grills. Also onsite pool bar made up there own opening times. On the board it says 10:00am, went down for breakfast & at 10:55 still not opened, went to the onsite shop bought rolls, some cheese and meat 5€ 🤷‍♂️

We have stayed here now 9 times. Reception staff and cleaning staff are wonderful. We love the hotel. The pool is great and accomodation is fantastic.

The pool restaurant is not good. The lady working during the day is very abrupt and rude and certainly does not invite repeat business. We ordered 3 portions of chips at the pool one day and she complained that we asked for salt and sauce sachets. My husband had to force the issue to get a sachet of sauce. felt that was incredibly poor customer service and not in keeping with the hotel as a whole.

Paying pool towels, paying parking. the parking slot next to the lobby was full, we had to parkin another one, next to the road, further away. Apat from teh golf, nothing near. You 'd need a car to move around, but bus available.

The country club was excellent and we had a wonderful week stay at this very well organised and well run resort, from the friendly reception staff to the very hard working staff from housekeeping that we never seen but every tning taken care of in its own time every day without ever having to ask for anything, very professional I must say..The outdoor pools were were great with one of them heated, nice touch at this time of the year (early cool mornings) the supermarket is a great support on site and was was well used by us, and Chis on the main gate was always very welcoming and plesent on arrivals and departing and on any questions re directions and where to go locally. Merlin at reception was very helpful especially whenI was having a problem with the outer parking, and helping me with website to rebook for January 26,, thank you Merlin.

The only area I have to pick as a disappointment was the remote parking area at the golfclub across the road that was offered to us on arrival (a small section owned by the golf course and rented out to the resort for guests) But it came with challenges from my broken standup lock on my numbered car space to unknow vehicle taking my pace when I was out and no security present or cameras available within the small park.to see who owns the cars and then having to go up and down and get a new space, but it kept me fit if nothing else.ha ha.
