The staff at check in were wonderful! They were so kind, welcoming and helpful. My daughter left her Nintendo switch at the front desk, we didn’t realize it. They brought it right up to our room to make sure we got it back. The rooms were very nice and updated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were on the firmer side, but not bad. The pillows were super soft. All in all, it was a great experience for our one night in town for a dance competition.

A little pricey for one night, but you get what you pay for! It was a wonderful stay. Breakfast could’ve been a little better. It also says it starts at 630 but didn’t start til 7.

It was clean ,the beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing the space in the bathroom was perfect.

Well arriving when parking outside when getting something out my trunk ,my trunk was back up to the curb. So grabbing from my trunk stepping from the curb I fell outside near my car it was a ditch where I parked and when I went in to tell the people at the front desk they didn’t do anything about it , didn’t ask if I was okay didn’t show no interest No ice no nothing so I was a little upset. It didn’t show compassion.

Location was convenient, ample free parking, room was spacious, comfortable bed too

The air conditioner in the room was very loud, nothing stood out as special at the hotel, breakfast was a bit sparse (ran out of bacon), and please add a bell at the front desk for service if the front desk staff have to step away for a while, to avoid people wondering.

The room and the hotel was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. The coffee was very good, even the decaf. Even though the hotel was full during our whole stay we didn't hear any other noises or distractions in our room.

My husband and I had a very good experience and really don't have anything bad to say.

The staff was helpful and friendly, I was thankful for the courtesy of a later checkout when I asked, the breakfast was great, and quiet hours were much appreciated!

This is minor and possibly unavoidable, but the black bar that separates the flooring inside from the covenant outside is very slippery, especially in the rain.

Very professional and courteous staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet which we requested!

The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were hockey pucks and the hash browns were dried out and tasteless. I did like the bacon and I did wind up eating cereal which satisfied me.

Stayed due to a plumbing issue at our home. The staff were super friendly and kind! Breakfast area was great with different options every day. More importantly, the room was super clean! We were comfortable staying here, I’d like to extend my appreciation to the employees responsible for cleaning. It is obvious that they work very hard. Thank you!

Parking can be tricky when the place is full, but we made it work!

Room was comfortable to sleep in. Shower was stocked with shampoo and conditioner and wash and lotion. I would have liked a shower cap instead of having to call for one.

The outlets by the bed did not work for me. The was the side not by the window. My phone thank god was still able to wake me up but I had no battery for the rest of the day and I was at a conference.

They did a nice cosmetic face-lift of the place. Beds and room were clean and comfortable.

Water pressure is a bit low. And they have some plumbing problems. Water was slow to drain in the sink and the toilet was slow to flush. They had a plunger in the room which must be due to past issues which we also experienced.

Room was clean and comfortable, spacious, appreciate the laundry facility, breakfast was enjoyable, lots of options

Housekeeping came to service room late in the day.
