Could be better...

Too much presence of people of Roma origin...

The view from our hotel room was amazing because it is at the top of the city. The room was big and with new furniture. The food at breakfast and dinner was various and delicious. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

The spa centre was not very big - only one swimming pool , sauna and steam room were open during the winter. It was also closing at 7pm although it was supposed to be 8pm (written on the room’s card) and the staff was very confused about the proper time. The hotel is around half an hour walk to the centre of the city.

I liked everything about my stay. The hotel is high above the city next to the forest. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast and the dinner were excellent, also the lunch menu is very good too. The indoor pool is better than the outdoor one.

There are no mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors and I couldn't open them wide during the night. Also there was some loud music until late night from a restaurant down to the city.

The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide array of delicious options. The hotel's facilities were top-notch and gave the impression of recent renovation. The spa and massage services were delightful, providing my partner with an extraordinary experience. Moreover, the indoor pool was incredibly inviting, maintaining a comfortable temperature of over 30 degrees Celsius.

For my personal preference, the bathroom within the economy room felt slightly cramped. Nonetheless, considering the overall value offered by the room, including amenities and cost, I believe it remains a reasonable compromise. The compact nature of the bathroom is somewhat mitigated by the benefits received in return, making it an acceptable aspect of the stay for budget-conscious travellers like myself and my partner.

The hotel is recently renovated and offers comfortable and stylish rooms with all facilities you need for pleasant stay and relax. Our room was clean with comfortable beds and great view from the terrace to the town. The food was fresh and rich. We enjoyed our time in the swimming pool- great it was open all day long! Many thanks to the staff who made our stay excellent!

The service was top notch and I'd say that's the selling pitch of the hotel! The spaciousness all around The location (near the woods) The spa was good but needed some renovation(the Roman bath was awesome though!). Overall really good for the price!

The food can undergo improvements The sauna was very dry (causing headaches) No sunbeds around the pool - only chairs which makes it uncomfortable

Spacious room, renovated bathroom, extremely clean, plentiful food with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, pleasant water and spa treatments, friendly staff. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

This is actually a question: What is the idea of ​​lining up together the national flags of the EU, Bulgaria, Germany, USA, Russia, France, Greece, North Macedonia, Türkiye, Spain and Denmark in front of the hotel?

Spacious rooms. Always clean and looked after. Everything was very well organised, lots of surprises like gifts and performances at the hotel. A walk to the mountains just outside the hotel. A clean warm pool with new towels every day.

Dinner starts at 7pm, which was a bit too late for us. No actual door to close the bathroom, very weird.

We liked everything. The location, the hotel itself, very clean and comfortable, the very nice swimming pool with pleasantly warm mineral water ( not too hot, just the right temperature for relaxation!) , the restaurant and the variety of food, lots of very tasty everything.... We had a wonderful holiday in Olymp!

Food was excellent, everyday was something different and you cant have everything on one plate, because you definitely want to try everything. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The pool was lacking decorations or music, it was just pool with water and a few people. The location was underwhelming, the stairs are not well kept and safety going out the hotel is lacking, no guard rails to keep us from falling.
