the spa center and the massages, the location, the mineral water were very nice for the body. The experience at the spa center was fenomenal, the atmosphere was really relaxing.

what annoyed me the most is that the staff was not there when we needed them, we had to wait 15 minutes at the reception to check in, then later the same day, another 15 minutes to order snack at the pool.

The hotel' s spa was wonderful! Both indoor and outdoor facilities. My favourite was the outdoor pools with the view of the pine forest, the path with the underwater massage and the mineral water half olympic pool. There are a variety of saunas, Turkish hamam and salt room were the highlights. We upgraded the room because the one offered to us initially was very small and did not look up to the five star standard, on the 3 rd floor. Just for £50 extra we got a room double the size on the 1st floor with a pleasant view of the ceiling crystal lights and the seating area outside. Our bathroom was luxurious with ceramic marble-like tiles. The food was tasty.

It was very warm inside, even when we switched heating off, therefore sleeping was uncomfortable. The worst impression was because the cigarette smoke is all pervasive and it saturates every inch of the hotel. People are smoking in restaurants and pools. Unfortunately, this is the situation with practically all hotels in Bulgaria Dinner was somewhat limited in choice and does not have the 5 star standard but the food was tasty

The staff went above board to accommodate us and our 3-month old baby. The pool & spa facilities were amazing. There was a buffet dinner every night that was very good value for €20.

The infinity pool was out of bounds for a good chunk of the time we were there are there were maintenance works taking place. While the buffet was nice, there were no pretensions about it, the a-la-carte menu is probably not the standard one might expect in a five-star restaurant. Think regular Bulgarian fare in place of fine dining.

We chose SPA Hotel Infinity Park because we wanted a relaxing experience, something different from our usual holidays where we go somewhere and we "run" about visiting various attractions. The fact that Infinity Park is rated 5 stars and it had great reviews made our choice easier. We got everything we wanted and more! The hotel looks great and modern. The room was surprisingly big, with an adequate balcony, beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and in excellent condition. Seriously, everything one could expect from a 5 stars hotel. The food! oh my God, the food! We had breakfast and dinner in our package and each meal was exceptional! A plethora of options, enough to satisfy even a hardened critic, like my wife :) We also had luch and the a la carte menu was also varied and the food was delicious. One thing that was particularly impressive was that deserts had a home-made taste to them! The spa services are varied also, lots of saunas, jacuzzies, pools, they can be viewed in the pictures. What is important is that they are very well maintained and very, very clean. We each enjoyed a massage service and we were both extremely satisfied! We will definitely return here and I am especially thrilled to experience this place during the winter :)

It just a small nitpick, but I would have loved some kind of brochure explaining what the different saunas are for. Yes, they each have a plaque with text next to them, but it's mostly located in dim lit areas, not too easy to read. A brochure would fix that and allow one the possibility to plan some kind of "regimen".

The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Velingrad next to a forest. The food was really good although the pancakes and cake served at breakfast were sometimes stale. The room was spacious enough and the spa center had a lot of amenities. The staff was quite friendly.

Some of the spa rooms, like the salt bath, would get really crowded (9-10 people at once) even though the hotel warns guests to keep a 1.5m distance. There are also no water dispensers in a spa that claims to be worth 5 stars. We informed the hotel staff about the above but nothing changed during the rest of our stay there.

The organisation in the restaurant, some of waiters' attitude is not good. The attitude of the manager does not fit a 5 star hotel. The service in the bars also lacks politeness, effort to please etc. These facilities sharply differ from the rest of the sevice.

The swimming pools that were open in June were terrific. The spa area was excellent as well, but the pools are the main attraction and have warm mineral water. The infinity pool overlooking the forrest was the best. The food was great, we had half-board.

The large outdoor pools (except the infinity pool) were not open in June, even though the weather was really hot and we booked the hotel because of these outdoor pools. It would have been nice to know beforehand that they only open in July.

The pools are great with mineral water which is enough warm for kids, the spa is excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, service is ok and also the food is various and tasty.

We were three families, but there is no bar in the hotel to sit and get an after-dinner drink. The lobby bar was also closed so we had to go to bed at 11.00 pm. The areas around the pools are very slippery. My kid fell down, but I also witnessed other people’ falls.

Excellent spa Many pools with warm water both outside and inside. Inside the pools are massage facilities with different current. Excellent salt room .Fragrant sauna .Showers with hot and cold water streams .Olympic pool. The hotel is clean The staff is very kind and smiling. The staff is right for help and recommendations. It is definitely recommended and we will definitely stay there again. 

It is advisable to add more grab bars near the pool 

Perfect location near the hiking trails and walking distance to downtown restaurants, amazing view and awesome sunsets. Very clean facilities, the SPA center is beyond experience, mineral water pools, tasty cuisine... Pure relax! The hotel was sold out but one could barely feel it.

At times music was missing at the main pool and one could hear other visitors' chatting but it is a matter of preference of course.
