Good hotel with a good, complete and clean spa. It's a pity that the guy who opens and close the spa is quite rude and want to close before time (one area of the spa works from10h to 19h and the big swimming pool from 9h to 20h). The rest of the staff is just polite, don't wait special help or smiles, but correct. The people visiting this hotel is quite old (mostly 70 and more, keep this in mind if you look for something else). Far from the city but very convenient free parking if you get there by car. If the room faces the swimming pool, it also faces the railway wich passes in front of the hotel, but there are very few trains passing by. The breakfast is quite good, with many options.

The spa closes too early and open too late. Staff is just correct and not much collaborative. Nothing around, you have to take the car and go to the city for lunch and dinner.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was great. The restaurant was big enough so that even though there were a lot of guests, we were always able to find a table. The free parking is also always a plus.

The SPA was great, but too noisy for my taste, because some of the guests were speaking loudly on their phones and were using their loudspeakers, even though there were a lot of signs asking them to keep quiet and not use their phones. This is definitely not the staff's fault, but my suggestion would be to have someone from the staff to keep an eye for rule breaking in the SPA zone. Also, please take down the creepy clown picture from the stairwell to the SPA, it's not relaxing at all 😁

The hotel is not far from the center of Velingrad, has a good parking There is a natural source of tasty water at the hotel entrance, so you don’t need to buy water at all…😉 We traveled around every day and relaxing in SPA in the evening , it’s open till 22:00 Breakfast is regular-good Very clean

Nothing special, some small inconveniences were fixed quickly …the stranger thing -that mustard is available only in the evening…🤔

The hotel is beautiful and clean; the rooms are spacious; the spa is amazing and we spent a lot of time there.

Although the restaurant is beautiful, the food was not the best. Our package included breakfast only, which turned out to be for the better. The breakfast included a variety of dishes but many of the ingredients were inexpensive and poor quality; the fruit were not well washed. Overall, we did not stay hungry but I am glad we did not have the all inclusive option. Upon arrival we decided to have lunch there. The chicken soup had a few pieces of chicken skins and bones in it; the beef dish had mostly fat and very little meat; the cold soup ( tarator) was tasteless. We decided to have lunch and dinner elsewhere the rest of our stay. Although the hotel was wonderful, I would not recommend the restaurant at all.

The staff was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The room was very clean.

I think that the room needs renovation and the air-conditioning is not working and the room without a balcony is not comfortable. In the SPA zone the floor was very wet and dangerous. Also the big part of children are not at the child pool. They used the pool for adults and it is very noisy and full of child toys. This is a place for relaxation and treatment with hot water.

I had read many good reviews online and I guess my expectations were a bit too high, based on other people's opinion and the price we paid. Nothing was wrong but everything was just "good/okay". I think the swimming pools need a bit of TLC. Also, I'd expect more meal options in the buffet, shampoo, shower gels and body lotions in the rooms (not just 2 in 1 shampoo + shower gel), better quality towels and nice slippers for the SPA rather than DIY paper-like flip flops. Of course, this is just me comparing it to other spa hotels that I've stayed at, within the same price range. In general, none of the details mentioned above affected our stay and we had a nice and relaxing time there. The cleaning team are superb - very quick and efficient.

Friendly staff , food breakfast

The bed wasn’t comfortable, we had big bed with single duvets which for me was not what I expected, the pool area it’s nice but when the kids were there it’s very loud and it’s not like a spa it’s like swimming pool I think it’s has to be a warning for the noice and respect the others it wasn’t relaxing we had to go outside because was very loud I don’t think will go again if there are any kids without control sorry

The hotel has many facillities in the pools and this is the reason for my choise.

In the other hand last time many areas of the hotel have problems. Some facillities are not working, there are unmaintained areas with tiles peeling off in the hammam, etc. But the main problem remain the number of customers. When there is full number of them everything seems little.

The staff were very helpful and kind. They did everything they could to assist us with whatever we came up with. All desires were covered which made my day honestly. I liked the fact that the spa center was clean and tidy. The safeguard's approach was well appreciated from my side. All the meals, drinks and beverages were well planned and we were more than satisfied with them. The indoor parking lot was a highlight.

Several minor things could be done on the site. Things like finishing touches in the bathroom and corridor carpet renewal will be well appreciated.

Everything was excellent. The staff patiently answered our questions, even though we don't know the local language very well. It was my son's birthday, and the hotel gave us a surprise gift, which was unexpected and touching. The hotel didn't seem new to me, but it looks well maintained, and practically everything we used was in good working order.
