The food was amazing, very fresh, lots of choice, far more than you could even try and everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant staff are fantastic, very attentive and caring. Please bear in mind no drinks are included with dinner including water, so you would have to pay additionally for this. Reception and spa area staff also very pleasant.

The only thing about the hotel is that it needs a bit of TLC, the interior is a bit dated and could be upgraded to make it more modern and luxurious for a 5 star hotel. Outside where the cold plunge pool is there is some salt that gets icy on the ground near the cold and hot pools and it gets very slippery so some safety mats would be useful

Did not get very clear instructions on all the details regarding our room and the different facilities around the hotel. The rooms had instruction manuals left in them, which did help a lot more with navigation.

Great place, fantastic outdoor pool and hot tubs. Try the contrast between cold and hot tubs. Extremely quiet and a large variety of buffet breakfast and dinner. Overall i believe one of the best choices in velingrad. And if the management proceed with renovation and additional facilities it will just be an unbeatable holiday option.

The hotel is great. This was my second tome that I when there. THe outdoor pool is very nice. The playroom is great and the kids were enjoying it.

The room was too hot and if I wanted to open the window, the smoke from someones chimney was entering in to my room.

Mineral water is top. Location is very good too.

Shower in the bathroom 5th floor is more like 3 stars, not like 5 stars. In the dinner food is overheated, as result in dinner starts at 18:00, at 19:00 meet is dry already. This shall be changed. Guests can take towels for the pool, but they have to return them leaving the SPA area. As result bathrobe is wet again, so point is to have a towel in the room and can exchange it in the SPA.

Generally we liked it very much, the outdoor pool and the garden are really great. The staff are incredibly polite and forthcoming. It is very warm in the entire hotel and even though the building is old, the property is very well maintained and clean.

The only thing less than perfect was our bathroom - it did not have a drainage hole and after two people took a shower, the carpet in the room got basically flooded

The hotel needs renovation. Very outdated. The spa area especially needs renovation.Too small spa facilities. Internet not strong. Beds and pillows not comfortable.

One of my favourite places in Velingrad. Been here quite a couple of times. Last stay we enjoyed mostly the shallow kids pool and the slides. It was calm, quiet and relaxing. Really appreciated it!

The location is great , an old hotel renovated some years ago, close to the centre of Velingrad suroneded by a very nice park. The facilities are ok with 2 restaurants , 1 big thermal pool outside , 2 jacuzzi, and another smaller pool with very hot water. A big parking guarded during the night. Free parking.

The staff's English was very poor. You could barely find someone speaking English but they were quite friendly. Not all of them were friendly.

Spa with hot mineral watter and nice places for kids and options for parents.

Needs renovation. Inside looks dated and worn out. The park outside is abandoned. There are even no lights. If you go out in the evening by feet will be challanged with dark park area. The dinner is with kind of DJ and loud misic. Service is under standarts although staf is pushing himself. Food not great and served all together. The control of the heating in the room was not working and was too warm i side.
