Clean room, nice staff.

The room was on the 1st floor and we could see the kids playground. On Saturday morning at 7.30 we were woken up from noisy playing kids. Was dissapointing as we came all the way from the UK and were hoping to have a high floor room with a nice view. This was really important to us...

Spacious lounge and sitting rooms, beautiful outdoor pool, spacious and clean room. Pleasant and friendly restaurant staff; delicious food.

Narrow, steep streets leading to the property. Fire extinguishers and baby crib stored next to the door of our room.

The cleaning, breakfast, rooms, and the view were all beautiful. The restaurant is also of high quality. The parking area is quite sufficient. The spa environment was clean and pleasant. We were not satisfied with our room, and the staff at the reception changed it for us. This was very good for us and saved our holiday. We really didn’t like the first room. Thanks to her.

Despite the weather being quite hot—around 25 degrees —the outdoor pool was closed. The shaded area outside the restaurant was not in use, so it was not possible to sit in good spot without being directly under the sun.

Very good hotel, highly recommend it. Everything worked perfectly, from parking, room, pools, spa, restaurant to the surrounding walks and sightseeing. Our room was clean and quiet, and had a good view of the hills across.

It was rather crowded, especially at the pools, though I guess that's normal for the high season.

The view from the hotel and the swimming pools was amazing - you could see the mountains, the forest and the town from above. The spa facilities were great - three swimming pools, two saunas, two steam rooms, freezing room, special tropical and winter showers, massages. The breakfast was very tasty and various, there was a lunch menu and the dinner a la cart was delicious. The staff was very kind and everything was very clean

The hotel is not very convenient for families with babies in strollers and prams, as there are several places in the spa centre and around reception with stairs. The hotel is also half an hour walk from the centre.

Stuff was very friendly, professional and helpful and this made our stay wonderful - always smiling and greets you! It's the second time I'm visiting this hotel and I really like the SPA - both saunas, steam rooms and especially the ice room! The outdoor pools is very nice, it's close to the lobby bar so you can get drinks from it and spent the day at the swimming pool! Rooms in this hotel are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - huge variety and a lot of choice.

There is nothing I would mark as "didn't like", so I'm adding here some recommendations based on my experience as a traveler - it would be nice to have some small coffee machine inside the rooms with complementary coffee/tea. Nowadays it's a norm to start your day with a coffee, even before breakfast and especially if your room have a balcony with nice table and chairs and a good view.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel has plenty of parking, the pools were not too crowded which was unexpected since it was a long weekend. The rooms are very goo size and if you get one with a balcony the views are great and also provide great area to sit enjoy the whether and have lunch or dinner.

The hotel was a bit noisy since they had events going on and shooting fire works. The bathrooms need more attention when cleaning - there was mold and other dirt through out the bathrooms of the two rooms we rented. The restaurant is way overpriced for what it offers - I would think they need to lower the prices by like 25-30%. The hotel is difficult to get to - it is great that they built it above the village but they did not provide new roads to get to the hotel.

Value for money. Welcoming and nice staff, plenty of choice for breakfast, spacious apartment. SPA is great, both pools and thermo zone and very clean. Right choice.

Lack of information on Velingrad city and things to do outside hotel. This part of Bulgaria has amaizing nature, there are caves open for visitors, lakes.... Even though this is not hotel obligation, it would be nice touch, especially for foreigners who are there for first time. Also, it was too crowded during week days, we were not informed that, in order to have dinner in hotel, we need table reservation so we had to go out (after spa). This would not be the problem if we were informed about week crowds during check-in.

Big, clean and quiet room with a balcony and a great mountain view. Everyone from the staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. The food and service at the restaurant were great! The Spa facilities were very good and the big outdoor pool was still functioning at the end of September.

The beach decks around the warm outdoor pool were uncomfortably close with lots of people smoking around the pool. The Spa indoor pools were also overcrowded and noisy.

A very well maintained hotel, one of our favourites. Very pleasant pools, bright clean rooms, friendly staff, daily cleaning, great lobby bar, very good breakfast. Very good service in the restaurant and a delicious lunch menu. Spa facilities are good, good massages and treatments.

There is no coffee machine in the room. The standard evening restaurant menu is not good. The spa center is overcrowded in the middle of week, noisy and uncomfortable, children sleep on the sunbeds, there is no place to leave a towel.We left a day early despite prepaying.
