3 days stay in the end of Oct. It was very clean. Not too crowdy. Nifty and compact but still you have everything you need for a pleasant family vacation-two restaurants combining Bulgarian and international cuisine. Very quiet room. The staff were really kind. We had 2 sinks in the bathroom which is very helpful for a family with kids. There’s a kids playground right outside. Also inside the hotel -with a person to watch over the kids while you can enjoy calmly a drink with your spouse. Inner and outer swiming pools with hot water. Pools were clean. Outside there are ~7 beds you can relax if you want. I didnt had the chance to check the sauna / massage/steam baths and the rest of the spa area as i was with kids. There are 4 outdoor jacuzzi type mineral pools with 4 different water mineralisation levels, which are quite nice to sit and enjoy the cold weather outside. Also with hi healthcare effect on the human body. The temperature in one of them can really test your ability to withstand heat. Love it for a short heat-up Parking spaces outside.

When you want to order something from the inner pool and the water massage is ON in the pool and a lot of kids around - the communication over the phone with catering department is difficult. I went by foot with bathrobe in the restaurant to order in person and i was told that bathrobes are not the type of clothing suitable for the reastaurant-i should use the phone to order 🤪🤔🙂.

If you want to feel like a royalty, you need to visit this hotel. Lovely staff, amazing place, great food, but let me tell you more. We have arrived on time for check in and were offered a welcome drink and chocolates. At check in we were told that we got upgraded to an apartment with a jacuzzi. The the reception manager ( lovely young lady) took the time to welcome us and give us more details about what the hotel can offer. This was a lovely surprise to say the least. They have confirmed that there is an added baby crib in the room. The apartment was wonderful and spacious, you will feel like you are in a palace. However rest assured that all rest of the rooms are airy and big as well. ( I got a sneak a peak from a few of them). Me and my partner had each had a massage and it was great. the lady was very good and we did feel very relaxed afterwards ( keep in mind we do have a toddler). The spa facilities are lovely and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice and offers a great variety of continental, traditional Bulgarian and English breakfast. We have enjoyed the food at the traditional restaurant and it was delicious. We ordered room service from the other restaurant with the fusion cuisine and it was divine. The lady that took our order and delivered the food was lovely as well. They offer a lovely homemade ice-cream that we have enjoyed during the days as well. Last and not the least they are located in a lovely park and there is a safe kids playground as well a lovely area for walks. Finally, I cannot wait to stay there again. Hoping to be back in September.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and given a welcome drink and explanation of facilities. Facilities were great. We needed more time to take full advantage. Unique room with round bed. Coffee facilities. Parking.

Our jacuzzi shot out dirty black stuff from the jets. Not sure if there are filters that needed to be cleaned. A bit off putting. The bed needs proper pillows not the round cushions that other people have used.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I also really appreciated the convenient location — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed for 3 days with my family, and everything was wonderful during our stay. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the cleanliness of the common areas, and the variety offered at breakfast. Thank you for everything!

i expected more spa opportunities

Indoor pool, fusion restaurant, spacious and clean rooms.

Old and beat up room interior. Noisy during the night due to all the clubs nearby. Small spa.

The architecture is excellent. Very stylish and comfortable. The pools were great. The food was nice.

I will prefer the robes for the pool to be fluffy.

Everything! Amazing place! Perfect location! Delicious food! Very kind staff! We really had everything one heart can desire! Can't wait to come back again!
