Clean and spacious junior suite room with great view. Breakfast and dinner were buffet type and a lot of choices of tasty food! Spa facilities were good and comfortable. Swimming pools with mineral water.

The one thing that annoyed me the most is the fact that there are two persons overseeing the swimming pools where a big sign is placed that jumping in the pool is not allowed but they did not reacted to a lot of people (kids and adults) continuously jumping in. For a hotel with a lot of room during winter the spa area and swimming pool area is small and during weekend is crowded as we noted having one saturday there.

The hotel is beautiful, with an excellent spa and wellness center. We had two massages with exfoliating treatments, both professionally done. I highly recommend it! The room was comfortable and spacious. A bonus was the children's playroom, which our kids found very enjoyable, along with the bowling alley, which kept them entertained.

The breakfast and dinner were underwhelming. For a 5-star hotel, we expected more. The cheese and salami selection was quite poor. The juice and coffee machines often ran out of ingredients, and you had to ask the hotel staff to refill them every time. There was only one toaster available for all guests, so sometimes you had to wait 10-15 minutes just to toast bread.

In terms of price to value, the hotel is generally okay. It offers good spa facilities and a selection of pools. The hotel is well located, and the food prices are affordable if you decide to have lunch by the pool or in the restaurant. There's no need to go out for anything. It should be positively noted that they have water collers in the pool area so you can have a drinking water anytime for free. Also the hotel offers a good fitness area (separate building) that is free to use and well equipped. And they also have bowling to play ($).

The variety of food is slightly limited, with mainly the same selection offered each day. If you stay more than two nights, you will find yourself eating the same type of food repeatedly. No drinking water was offered during dinner on a complimentary basis; everything had to be purchased. While this isn't a major issue since it is generally inexpensive, it is quite strange during such a hot summer period. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was quite old and not modern-looking. It needs to be renovated someday. There is a nice terrace outdoors for mealtime, but during my stay, there was a significant presence of bees. The hotel needs to address this issue, as it can be quite annoying, especially for people who are afraid of bees.

Very clean hotel in a quiet location, making for a great night's sleep. Our room was very spacious and nice. The spa facilities were excellent, including indoor and outdoor hot jacuzzies, a sauna, various types of steam baths, multiple pools, one of which is large enough for swimming, a salt room, and more. We were happy with both breakfast and dinner, which offered a wide variety of food. One of our stays was on a Friday, and a live band during dinner added a nice touch to the experience. Highly recommend!

I like almost everything. The Spa is the reason we went there. Hot 🔥 mineral 💧 water. The Spa facilities are very good. They have few inside pools and some outside. It was Winter with cold 🥶 weather but still one of the mini pool with jacuzzi was working 💪 with fresh hot mineral water. It was amazing experience really. Staff was 👍 OK. Reception man was very polite.

Hotel is a little bit old. Food is not matching 😒 5 star hotel. You still can choose some good salads and add a soup 🍲 or meat for dinner. Standard breakfast is served. So even that I am giving 10 points 👉 of the hotel. You received what you are paying 🤩 Good value for the money and really good experience with the Spa and mineral water for your health 😊.

Food was great for the two days stay. SPA area was good value for the money. There is great bowling facility at the premises and a well equiped fitness center. Also there is a piano bar with live music starting at 23PM during the Weekend / Fr-Sat The classic Massages were worth the time with very skilled male and female masoisse. Personel was very kind and helpful.

It was a nice stay. The room, food and service were over my expectations. The pools are clean and warm. Kids friendly. The spa is diverse and there always was free space and sunbeds to stay.

Unfortunately, the second bed was of poor quality and kids felt uncomfortable to sleep in it. It was hard, wavy and very narrow for 2 people. Another disappointment is smoking in common areas and the worst - at the balconies, when all the smoke is coming to your room and you have nothing to do with it... Just suffocating.

I like all hotel, we have booked room for three nights but we stay two more because the hotel is excelent, i like everything .the room is very clear, the food is great , the massages and saunas are great. This hotel will definitely be my number one from now on, and whoever hasn't come here should definitely visit and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer, and it offers a lot.

The hotel is very clean and the staff - very polite. The food was fantastic! The spa pools were with deferent temperatures of the thermal water which suits every taste. Large amount of Spa rooms - herb room, Finland sauna, salt room. ice room, steam room, aroma room, and 2-3 which I don't remember. Suitable for kids - there is a proper pool. I do recommend that hotel and definitely I will come back again!

Great customer service, rooms spacious and renovated, quiet and the view was nice. Great food, also the live music at dinner time was very nice. Spa area pretty good and does not feel crowded.

Outdoor pools were under construction when we visited in beginning of July and we could not enjoy them. Bathroom could be renovated. Children club is not good enough for small children - although renovated, there is only one soft play and absolutely no toys, so our 2.5 yo did not have much to play with.
