Perfect. The hotel team is very polite and cooperative. The food was good. Clean and very warm.

The space around the indoor pool is not very wide. On days when there is high occupancy and the hotel is full, there are not enough sunbeds available. There are additional chairs, but even with them it is difficult to find free ones. All of them, including the sunbeds, are tightly placed next to each other due to the small space. However, everything else is perfect in the hotel and this does not irritate.

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities (e.g., two pools, fully functioning spa facilities, multiple lounge areas and kids play rooms/activities). The facilities are mostly well-maintained. Our room was clean and spacious. The restaurant also offered a wide range of food choices, which were mostly fresh. The hotel is situated in the mountain, which makes it a cooler place in the hot summer days.

Most of the guests smoked around the outdoor pool area, which made it hard to stay around. I would strongly recommend the hotel ownership to limit or prohibit smoking in the shared premises. There were also building works opposite the hotel, which stole the beauty of the views. The hotel should offer some drinks (inclusive of the price) with the dinner (e.g., a glass of wine and a glass of fruit juice). Water should always be readily be available, as well.

The location of the property is excellent, nested in the outskirts of the forest, near some amazing hiking trails. ,yet mere 10 minutes distance on foot from the Main walking street. The mineral water in the pools is of great temperature and quite clean. A favorite sauna was the herbs’ one. Quiet at night, family friendly. Excellent food and the staff in the restaurants were really good.

The property needs a refresh, stains on the furniture and stained carpet as well as scratches on the walls certainly take away from the potential of the place. Also, we had a running joke throughout our stay that whatever we ask the reception, would be an “I don’t know” or “no” answer, while the staff throughout the rest of the property always found a way or solution to our queries.

We had a generally pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel very comfortable. The food was excellent, with a great variety available for both breakfast and dinner, catering to different tastes and preferences. The spa treatments, including the massages, were quite nice, adding to the relaxation factor. A bit disappointed by the Hot Stone massage though. On another positive side, there are plenty of free parking spots available, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. However, the pricing is slightly higher than the average for this type of hotel in the country, which is something to consider. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I would primarily recommend it for families rather than couples looking for a quiet spa escape.

The spa area itself felt a bit too small for the number of guests, and the proximity of the saunas to the pools meant that it was often quite noisy when you might prefer a more tranquil atmosphere. This is something to keep in mind if you're looking for a truly peaceful retreat. The hotel seems to be more family-oriented, which means that if you're traveling as a couple or with friends, you might find it a bit louder than expected. For those seeking a quieter experience, it may be best to avoid weekends when the hotel is likely at its busiest.

Clean. Good, warm pools and big spa center. Comfortable and clean room. Plenty of food for dinner. Great breakfast.

Construction going on near and at the hotel. Noise all the time. Staff in the restaurant isn't well-trained. Service is mediocre. No green spot to sit around, no garden or open-air cafe, which is super odd for a five-star hotel. Only one bar - in the lobby. Some of the food is very low quality (deserts). Fitness opens at 9, yet breakfast is till 10, so it's impossible to exercise and then eat breakfast.

Food was superb. SPA facilities were pretty good and diverse. This place is oriented A LOT toward families with kids (tons of children activities during the morning/day/evening). This is useful to know for groups WITHOUT kids as well :) There is a kids play room that is camera monitored and one channel on the room TV displayed the play room. Amenities are well taken care of! Lifeguard noticed a loose tile on the outside pool, immediately called maintenance and tile was fixed within minutes. This simple repair would have taken some places years to do. Lifeguards measured water temperature every morning. Did I mentioned the food was exceptionally good, both for breakfast and dinner?

No bedside table on the right side of the bed. It is a 5-star hotel, but the parking is a dirty patch of plowed field. It should have been monitored, but "sometimes" it is not. The staff involved us in a play of car tetris due to a bunch of cars not being "parked correctly". Well, there are no parking spots marked, so who would have guessed... Hotel is located outside the town and walking to city center is about 1-2km through a hot wilderness construction places. Speaking of construction places - this was also our room view.

Very clean, cozy and modern hotel. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We had an anniversary and receive a huge ball with fruits and a bottle of rose wine as compliment 😃

The outdoor pool area is not sufficient for the full capacity of the hotel. Guests just throw their stuff on the sun beds so to reserve them and disappear for hours. No one from the personnel observe these and it’s hard job to find sun beds around the pools. Seems empty but in fact are “reserved”. The hotel must implement some policy for this guests’ bad habits

We have stayed at Arte Spa and Park a number of times and we are always just so impressed! The quality of service, the exceptional Spa service as well as the comfortable room and fantastic dining all combine to make for an incredibly memorable experience!

Our only issue with Arte is the fact that so many guests choose to smoke around the outdoor thermal pools. For those like myself who have an allergy to cigarette smoke or those who simply don’t smoke, this can be very unpleasant. It could be resolved though by creating a separate outdoor smoking area which would allow for those enjoying the pools to breathe fresh air!

Exceptional food. My friend and I booked the half board and were impressed with both breakfast and dinner. There was a variety of choices and options to suit different dietary requirements and everything we tried was delicious. They also upgraded our room upon arrival for free, which was nice. The SPA facilities are good. The staff is also attentive and helpful.

The very small distance between the indoor pool and lounge chairs/tents. I believe this is a hazard especially when the floor is wet, which you can imagine is most of the time in a pool area. It is easy to slip and fall into the pool.

Spa and pool are very good. Food is very tasty. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Water is not included in the dinner. Need to buy a bottle.
