Room was clean and spacious as usual. We booked a premium room and enjoyed the included snacks (we have little ones so it was nice to have on hand).

One of the bartenders was quite rude to my partner when he asked about available beers during "happy hour". He asked if they had a particular beer available and she got annoyed with him. We were willing to pay for premium drinks/beer, but she kept just trying to push the free/voucher options. I would have definitely spent more money in the bar, but I didn't want to deal with her, so after one free drink and one paid premium drink, I was done.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The bed is comfortable, and the building's interior architecture is beautiful. At breakfast, a person was making all kinds of eggs on the spot. There was a happy hour with unlimited snacks, and we received two complimentary drinks. They didn’t overcharge for parking; the price was fair. The room was clean and a good size.

The shower box is small.

The front desk team were very friendly and assigned me a room on the ground floor near an exit. Very handy for my dog.

The paid self parking was a surprise. Hotel guests should have included parking and no extra fees. The evening reception included snacks but they ran out of food with 30 minutes of being put out. There was an hour left and staff said that was it.

Our family enjoyed the location and the facilities. The evening reception was cute. I think we had something a little bigger in mind. (maybe that's reserved for weekends? ) we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the room was very comfortable.

I did not like that we were charged for parking. That seemed to be innocuous and outdated.

The overall stay was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was impressed by the rehabilitation that has occurred. Was a frequent traveler to the Overland Park area years ago 20 plus years ago. Found the facilities and services to be in a better condition, than previous stays. The cocktail service was excellent as was the services for breakfast! I will be staying at this location on future visits!

The only complaint was the parking fee, have not seen in the suburban area, but also am not familiar witrh the other Motel are doing the same? Only suggestion would be to see that it is comparative.

Room was amazing with the exception of not much shower pressure, but other than that was great. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and staff was so very kind, helpful and friendly. Will stay again

Very clean , quiet , we came for the pool and it was an heated area which was nice as well. Lewis and Will were exceptional as well !

Dogs were aloud in the breakfast area while people were eating.

Enjoyed the pool area, atrium, and room.

$7 per night for parking. Although inexpensive, not really necessary to charge this fee.

Cleanliness, room to move around.

Elevators seemed rough. Couch back cushions were either missing, or the design of the couch was terrible. Paying for parking.
