- The pools and the pool area, overlooking the quiet, surrounding hills. - The Sicilian dinner at the property's restaurant. We dined there on a Monday evening. They even kindly prepared some small pasta for our one-year old son at no extra cost. - The set-up of the place and the playground which is ideal to entertain the kids.

- The road to get there can be tricky - it's not their fault, but it took us some four hours to arrive, as the gps took us through a secondary road and we almost got stuck in mud. - We booked a deluxe double room with an extra bed, but this was not given to us. I sent messages to the property on purpose post-booking, to ensure all was in order, but they prepared a triple room for us just the same. After explaining that it was dangerous for a one-year old to stay in a room with stairs, they changed the room, but there was neither a view nor a bath-tub in the room. At least it was safe.

The grounds are vast and picturesque. Truly beautiful landscape and very quiet and relaxing. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Pools are pool area are lovely! Dinner was exquisite. Farm-Sourced, bio/organic food all from within a few kilometers of the property. Staff was attentive and professional. Excellent hot water and water pressure.

There was a stagnant smell eminating from the shower drain in our rooms and two other rooms of our group. In one room is particular it was a bit overpowering. They need maintenance/cleaning. No waste-paper basket except for the tiny dustpin in the bathroom. Courtesy tray did not have coffee nor milk, so only accommodates herbal/black teas. Also, guests are made to wear pool caps in the pools which was a bit inconvenient.

The property is set in a lovely bit of countryside surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. It is less than 20 minutes drive away from the Villa Romana de Casale. There is an optional dinner choice for 30€ per person which was very good quality and great value for money. The staff were very friendly. There was also a pool area, many nice seating areas for relaxing and they even had horses and donkeys on site.

The walls are paper thin, we could hear people's conversations and families with small children. The target audience felt a bit confused to us as it's like a boutique hotel on the one hand but a family resort on the other. There was a constant rumbling noise throughout the night which we could not identify (it was not the AC unit from our room). In our room the toilet was separated from the rest of the room by only a folding screen.

The resort is beautiful inside and out. The host was so kind and even took family photos of us when we asked. The sweet hospitality and prosecco welcome by a warm fire was so wonderful! The breakfast was abundant and family style at a large table in a loft overlooking the dining area. There was so much attention to detail in all the common areas. The outside courtyard was lovely. We watched them try to move a large olive tree into the courtyard and that was really cool! There are animals to visit on the property, a playground and swimming pool that we didn't use, still early springtime.

The bathroom, other than the shower, was small for a family of 5. Maybe needs an update.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff, genuine food for both dinner and breakfast, dog friendly and safe parking.

The property is a bit far away from main attraction places unless you want to spend the day at the resort itself. But still the area has very nice views. Bathrooms not so clean.

Beautiful decoration which made being in and around the property an absolute pleasure. The staff were friendly and attentive and made things easy during the stay, great recommendations and good care taken of us! There were small private events held at the property on both nights we stayed there, but they never interfered with our stay, and neither did we get made to feel like the events were the priority over us, in fact they looked beautiful and we’d love to hold something there too in the future. Good breakfast and dinner too!

We were very kindly ungraded to have a jacuzzi bath in our room, which whilst was very indulgent, made having a quick shower tricky. Very grateful nonetheless as the whole experience was an aesthetic and relaxing delight!

It was really nice experience. The room was clean, the staff were amazing and helpful, the surrounding was so so nice. And food was wonderful 😇

It could be better marked on the road. Our navigation was sending us to a different place than it actually was.

When 2 families come together for a 5 day holiday [including a 6 yr old and a puppy] making sure needs are met on various levels is a massive concern. However, from the moment we arrived until the afternoon of our departure we had the Agri team making sure any request made was catered for. Infact, the team made it clear, if we needed anything at all that we should ask and that they will try to help/provide and this they did time and time again perfectly! Unfortunately our arrival coincided with a forceful thunderstorm which caused issues with the water boiler for some of the rooms and electricity. However after a few hours this too was resolved. Some advice for the team would be to ensure rooms were cleaned alittle better (cobwebs and hairballs noticed upon our arrival), and that perhaps rooms at the reception level should be sound proofed as it was noted for some on that floor that the noise from adjoining rooms caused difficulties to get a full night sleep or even some time to relax in peace. Nonetheless, breakfast and dinner at the resort was a feast of food and variety, the cooking class was a great experience which we really enjoyed too and the pool area perfect for anyone wishing to relax calmly. To the team at Agri thank you, to Naoual, Stella and Sabrina, you were all amazing and made us feel more like friends by the end of our stay which made it all the more special! Very nice spacious resort in country house style, not far by car from the famous mosaiques. Our room was okay. Very good breakfast! The evening before we arrived late , after the kitchen was already closed, but they made it still possible to serve something, really appreciated! Very good food quality!

Bad smell in the bathroom from the drains ... They promised to take care about that problem.

The staff and the food were out of this world. So polite and helpful. The food was so fresh and the dinner was one of the best we've had in Sicily!

Nothing really one of the pools was murky but it was quite cold and it was just us swimming so the second pool was more than enough!
