Location is great, the jacuzzi was wonderful and the size of the one bedroom apartment was awesome with our toddler and baby!

Only things noted from our stay was that there was no Netflix, YouTube or casting available on the tv as we were hoping to do a family movie night during our stay - I would have thought that’s fairly standard these days as has been from our several stays at different hotels over the last few years. Not a big deal but probably worth bringing a Google TV or Chromecast or something similar if we were to stay again. The dryer function on the washer/dryer in our room was also not working but not a huge issue on our short stay.

The location was excellent, close to everything, the property had lovely clean and well maintained rooms. The outside spa is large and very enjoyable, the pool is lovely with a little seating area you can sit and eat and drink. There’s a great gym and indoor heated pool which is so nice and quiet to just relax in with chairs you can lie back and relax in afterwards. It has a great little bar/cafe and reception has 24 hour service with snacks.

Nothing really except if you go out on the weekend nights be prepared to have lost your parking spot but they do advertise that so you can be prepared and they try to accommodate you where they can

Staff were very accommodating. It was a 1km walk from the town centre asking the beach paths.

The first room I was given had paper thin walls. The TV in next room was loud! People in corridor also heard from within my room. Room 212 in Block B was directly above the secure undercover parking and the constant stream of cars was also loud. I requested a room change and staff couldn’t have been more helpful, arranging a swap to a more quiet room at the back of the resort in a different block. I checked out the pools, spa and gym which were all clean and everything you would want for your holiday. I would recommend a stay here, but not in room 212 if you are a light sleeper!

Room was outstanding - we were in room 306 and the extra space with the covered patio/chill out space was amazing for the teenagers! We loved the jacuzzi and outdoor pool area and the indoor pool was a bonus on our one rainy day. Cafe staff were lovely - front office staff were lovely! We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Only and observation - the finer details of cleanliness were not great - did not take away from our enjoyment of the room/resort but we did note that the dishwasher was filthy and smelly (we bought cleaners and new dishwasher tablets and rinse aid) - there was dust and grime in pantry and skirtings etc.

Our room was located on the 2nd floor overlooking the beach and esplanade. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. With the sliding door opened to the small patio overlooking the beach, understandably you will get traffic noise but by 9.30pm there is considerably less traffic and we had a comfortable night's sleep. Onsite underground parking was plentiful [we travelled in May] and access to the lifts was close by. Can't comment on the other facilities available in the resort as we didn't try them out just staying the 1 night. We could walk from the resort to the town centre and shopping district.

It is in a perfect location close to everything needed. It’s clean has soap,lotion in bottles so much easier than those small tubes. Bed was really comfortable and the view from our balcony of the gorgeous lit up pool and heated spa was spectacular. The heated indoor pool was lovely and breakfast in the morning at the cafe was delicious. Staff were really helpful and friendly

Not quite enough parking on the Saturday night when we came back from being out , it was full but the gentleman at the service counter was helpful and found us another spot which was great

Everything was perfect. Really loved the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Kids also had a great time with tennis , table tennis and game room 👍 All amneties were provided as mentioned in room description. Overall stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend for a family summer holiday.

Cafe was closed on Christmas eve and Christmas day as guests we don't have anywhere to cook as we are visiting from other cities. Most restaurants / shops outside including coles/ woolsworth were also closed atleast the resort's cafe/ restaurant should have been open.

The apartment was spacious and we had a great view of the pool. Multiple balconies and a separate outdoor area. Pool was great and relaxing well thought out design. Close to town.

The apartment was falling apart. Carpet missing in the main room so multiple lumpy mats over the metre hole. Main bathroom door handle fell off and the door also doesn't close all the way. Toilet paper holders broken, flooding in the living area not cleaned properly, coffee splats on floor, water damage around kitchen area making the floors uneven. Spoke with someone a week before I checked in and they asked what the occasion was etc, I advised 6 adults checking in but when we checked in only 3 coffee cups, 2 drinking Glasses and one champagne glass. The phone in the apartment is not connected.you need to google the place and call.

I was pleased to see that the actual place looked like the photos! A lot of places often don't or they look more tired. The pool area is lovely and well maintained. The apartment I rented had everything I needed for a short stay although a microwave would have been a great addition.

Restaurant options were limited and more aimed at families / children. I suppose this was in line with the type of resort, but it would have been nice to have had more options.

2nd time ar Wyndham Resort and we really like it. Value for money, not too fancy, lots of activities and right across from the beach. I like that the bathrooms have all the soaps and moisturiser and conditioners, so it's one thing I don't have to take with me.

Unfortunately the fridge didn't work in our room, the freezer ice was stopping the fridge from closing. We didn't need to use it though so it wasn't a big deal but the heat from the fridge did heat up the room a little.
